Good Company and Keep their Word .
The process was smooth and I got a full payment for my device. Took only about a week but they are very responsive and kept their word.
Don't trust this company, they will steal your phone
I will start off with the misleading promotion on their website. They state that they will send you 10 dollars when your device(s) are being delivered to them. This is a complete lie, and they respond to my email saying they will add it to my order. While it was misleading, I accepted and waited for updates on my order. Weeks have now passed, and the only update email I received was a few days after that response saying that the phone was delivered. It is now 6 weeks later and they have not responded, acknowledged, updated, anything at all, and I am outraged that they treat their customers like this. This is unacceptable and this company needs to be shutdown with a massive lawsuit from all of the people who have been scammed. Do not send your phone to this company, you have been warned, they will steal your phone every single time.
Took Almost Two Weeks to Get Paid
The payment took almost two weeks to pay me for the two phones I sent in. I called several times and assured me that the payment would be processed soon. I was getting worried and checked the reviews on Trustpilot. I emailed and called again and finally did receive the payment via Venmo. They also honored the new customer bonus and sent me $10.
I appreciated being able to talk to Ervin by phone and they were also communicative by email. In the end, they offered a higher amount for the phones and I'm grateful I found iCellGlobal.com.
I usually start my sell-back process by…
I usually start my sell-back process by checking the Apple Trade-In price, then comparing with the many 3rd party companies. My iPhone Xs that was kept in a case with a screen cover its entire life and had minor scratches on the case. Icellglobal was offering the most for it, so I sent it in. I then received an email telling me they needed to reduce the price because the battery life was only 81% and they could "feel" 1 scratch. When I went through their grading algorithm, it mentioned nothing about battery % or "deep" scratches. The rep told me it was in the "fine print" which is buried in a link at the bottom of the check-out page. They ended up offering me LESS than Apple and less than the other 3rd parties I had received quotes from. This seems to be a "bait and switch" operation where they quote you the highest price for your phone, then when the get it, they offer much less knowing you will probably just accept. I won't be using them again and I advise the same to others// Update 12.2.2022: After leaving this review the "manager" tried calling/texting me several times to discuss our disagreement over the value of the phone. They did increase their offer by about half of what they originally deducted, which was about the same as what other buyers were offering. I decided to increase my review from 1star to 3star, because in the end I got a decent price, but it took a lot of time and effort to do so. It's one thing to knock of $10-20 because the condition is slightly worse than expected. But it's another to reduce the price by $60 because of things that fall into the wear and tear category, and my phone was much closer to their "good" rating than their "fair" one. So I would suggest if you decide to use this company, be sure your phone is in immaculate condition and be careful that a high initial offer may be too good to be true; otherwise you may want to go with another company who will just pay you what they offer outright, and not have to negotiate to get an average deal.
I have years working with iCellGlobal
I have always sent me repaired stock to them for years. All they ask if you communicate beforehand with bigger orders. I run my own company myself and am very much not happy when $20,000 worth of inventory arrives in my office unannounced. They have one of the greatest reputations in the industry. Right now are our highest volume months. Please bare with us.
Used several times without any issues
Used several times without disappointment. They pay the highest prices and did fall behind last holidays. One year should not dictate their 15+ years leading the industry
Great company
Great company. Great many behind the business. Shipped my phone there was a couple scratches on it so it took some time to get a re evaluation. But after some phone calls I was able to get the money for my phone.
Always an A plus experience!
This company is exactly what they say they do. I have used them 3 times now and have always had great success with them. Very professional, friendly and they stick to the timeline that they state on their website. I would recommend this company hands down. No BS with these folks!!
Top Price
Great customer service with quick response upon sending my IPhone 11 to them.Highly recommend them and would return to them again.
SCAM!
This is a total scam company, and has been delaying payment time with different excuses since receiving the phone. Definitely don't sell them your phone, you'll never receive your money and in the end they won't answer your calls.

They were able to respond to my email messages quickly to get things done. It was helpful when I had questions to know the people at iCellglobal would get back to me in a timely manner.
The best price to sell my iPhone 13…
The best price to sell my iPhone 13 ProMax 128gb they had the best price I found 670. Better than waiting on marketplace plus customer service answered within a minutes and was very friendly.
Great Price
The process was longer than previous occasions selling phones online but the price was right and worth it. Good communication. If you have the patience, would recommend.
Good communication.
Great customer service!

Pros/Cons
Pros:
Fast, easy process for quotes.
Free shipping label provided via email is convenient.
Quick follow-ups from customer service upon delivery of phones.
Availability of incentives.
Friendly support.
Diverse options for payout methods.
Detailed follow-ups about phone condition, new offers, etc.
Cons:
I gave worst condition possible during quote process, as the phone I sent in was in pretty rough shape…my phone was sent to reinspection. Support notified me about 3 days after delivery of the phone. They said it could take up to 4 business days after that…. But I waited a bit longer than that and was worried my phone was gone for good.
My quote was decreased but I understand the reasoning for the screen problems…however my phone was charged to 80% when I mailed it and that was the second reason for my offer decrease—I thought that was petty on their part but oh well.
Hearing from support via text message was kind of sketchy but they did provide the offer number so that made it more trustworthy.
Very Pleased. Trust worthy.
OMG!!! Don’t loose hope!!! These guys are worthy. They take a little bit to reply, I’m sure they have lives too!!! Anyway. They will come through. The payment was lower then the quote. But I say that’s fair because they don’t know the condition of the phone. I had worry after reading reviews. But I called and the same man I’ve spoken with quickly and genuinely put the money on my cash app. I would do this again. What I learned from the reviews, is that people have a high sense of entitlement and expect to get every single cent. When in reality dealing in business you have negotiations that come along with offers. Especially if someone is blindly sending you something over the net. Read my review first. It’s real & authentic.
SCAM!!!!!
SCAM!!!!!Do Not send your phone to this company. They will give you a high price to get you to send your phone in. once your send it in they will attempt to tell you the devise is defected and offer you a small fraction of the original offer . If you do a little digging up on them you will also see people rarely even receive the money from them. Declutter is a much better company to sell to.

Sent in 2 phones and they never…
Sent in 2 phones and they never mentioned any scratches. Had some interactions with them back and forth and then all of a sudden they need to knock off $60. I had screen protectors on both phones and know for a fact that they had no scratches. I guess this is what they do because I had previously sold phones to them and they knocked down the amounts. I didn’t question it last time but this time around I know for sure they didn’t have any scratches.
