My phone couldn't have been more perfect. No scratches, cracks, dents. It was kept in in a case from day 1. I have been trading phones each year and I have sent to 2 other online trading companies before, and they honored the pricing they quoted because they accepted the condition I described. You gave a higher price, only to low ball after receiving the phone, offering me same price that Apple offers for the phone. So my advice to people is trade with Apple instead of this company because atleast, Apple also pays you back the difference in the tax that you paid on the new phone. Lastly, my review wasn't just about the pricing. You didn't complete the transaction as stated on site (in 72 hr of receiving the phone). I had to constantly email/contact you. And then eventually call the police station near you to see if they would help if I filed a report, and when I emailed you saying i'm involving the police, that same day you wrote to me immediately with your lowball offer.

Warning to others, this is not the place you want to go to sell your devices. I had a iphone 12 pro max with 256 gb- in mint condition. They made an offer of $555. I sent it in to them only because if i sold on ebay for >$600, with fees, it would have been about $550 anyway, so thought I sell directly. MISTAKE!
1) They receive the phone and don't respond to emails/phone calls. All of their voicemails are FULL. Had to contact police and then send them message letting them know a police report is being filed, and suddenly I got a call from them same day.
2) They took my offer down from $555 to $495. I was given $480 offer from Apple. Not only that, Apple gives your $480 + tax difference on the new phone so your total savings is $525 if I went with Apple. This guy not only send me $495, but sends it on Paypal as as product/service, so with Paypal fees, I got $480 total.
Why would I ever bother to go through these people when I could have received even more from Apple directly. This was a robbery. Save yourself.

They Literally Robbed Me. 😶
I paid for expedited shipping to be paid faster...(next day). I sent iphone 14 pro max new and they received it on the 18th. I spoke to them on that day and they assured me I would be zelled the following day.
Weeks later and nothing! They won't answer my calls. Just sent emails apologizing and telling me they are sending it.
And when I log into my account there is nothing about my sale!

Initial delays but resolved to my satisfaction
There was an initial delay in processing my payment which was partially due to the holidays and also partially due to an issue with Zelle. Icellglobal worked with me to get the matter corrected and processed the payment as agreed.

Sent my phone in 3 weeks ago . I received timely updates on the status of my refund . After being told the amount I was to receive I had not received payment. I called their customer service and left a message . I quickly received a call back and the gentleman looked into my account . Payment was sent out quickly once I resolved my receiving account / payment method. Thank you .
NEVER PAID ME
I sent my iPhone to this company five weeks ago. Their offer was higher than other competing companies. After five long weeks I am still waiting for payment. iCellGlobal is no longer answering my emails or calls. I would NOT send my equipment to his company.

Still waiting for payment after 6 weeks
iCellglobal never sent payment. Over the course of six weeks I exchanged emails with "admin" at "icellglobal.com" and received a variety of excuses. I was told it was unreasonable to expect the post office to deliver an envelope in less than 21 days. I was told that a check had been sent. I was told that a replacement check would be sent "by the end of the week." I was told that they are sorry and would send me a check via FedEx with tracking number. But I still have nothing. I believe the company is acting in bad faith. I may need to contact law enforcement to report fraud and/or theft.

First time selling a phone. I sold them two. The first one was easy the second not so much….
*Update January 19, 2023* It has now been a month and 4 days since I agreed to the new amount for my second device. They claimed the holidays set them back, and then that my name didn’t match on the same bank account as the first devices payment. Now, they just aren’t answering about the Zelle payment or sending the device back. I thought very highly of them with my first device everything went well. I would have left 5 stars because everything went so well! Now, I have PTSD, and will likely never sell a phone without up front payment. *End of update* *Update January 17, 2023* Jan 9th I received an email saying that my payment didn’t go through due to my name not matching on the account I received my first payment with no issues on. I was asked if I had Zelle or Venmo. I emailed back asking what I needed to provide to have the payment sent via Zelle. I received an email saying just my phone number. I expected to receive my payment as this is their faster method of payment it is now Jan 17th. I haven’t received payment, and the reply emails are becoming less responsive. *End of update*~~~*Update January 9, 2023* I received the amount I was to be given for my second iPhone and accepted on December 16th. My payment was supposed to be sent to me in December 20th. I have contacted weekly about not receiving the payment, and was told it’s due to the holidays, and the admin would contact the owner to figure out where my payment went. It is now January 9th and still I have no trace ID that my bank has been waiting for for a week, and no payment. I have emailed again today to figure out what information I can receive. Not sure why my second device is having so much trouble when my first was easy and smooth sailing……. *End of update*~~~~ My process took a bit of time. (Must have patience and know stuff like this sometimes takes time). The waiting was on both sides for the second phone. I did have an issue with one of my devices that took almost three weeks to resolve, and they waited for me to resolve it. (It was not an issue with this company, my cell company refused to unlock my device) My second phone did have some scratches and dings. I did make sure to put my device in the proper category, and expected it to be re-evaluated. I completely feel that I was given a fair price for both devices. Not sure if I will use them again.

Received payment fast on business day 4. Was offered less than what was quoted due to a "scratch on the screen". They did honor the new customer $10 promo so that was cool. I just wish communication was a little bit better and that the website looked more professional. It would have eased any fears that this was a scam. But overall, it was a good experience. Was the highest payout amount for my phone.

Had an iPhone XS that looked and worked like new with original box. Got the best offer from Icellglobal using SellCell, packaged it up well and shipped it off not knowing what to expect. I tracked the delivery and received a receipt confirmation from them promptly.
Bottom line is I was paid what they offered. I would have given them a "5 Star" had it not been for a couple things. Once they inspected my phone and agreed it was in the condition I claimed, perhaps they could have sent me a message with an update on payment. The other issue is their free shipping doesn't include tracking - who would loose ownership of their device without tracking delivery? I thought that was strange.
I opted for payment by check to avoid the handling fee for using PayPal. This all took place around Thanksgiving so it took about 2 weeks to receive payment which is understandable.

After emailing them I received my payment the next day. Overall, I am happy with the company, but expect to receive less than your original offer.
Website lacking detail, but overall pleased
I received the payment for my iPhone one week after my phone was delivered to them. I had to reach out to them to get an update on its status, as the email said I'd get the payment 24-72 hours after. They wrote back saying my device battery was going to make the offer lower. The website said nothing about battery health, so I do wish that was disclosed. All communication was friendly and I am overall happy with the transaction, but do wish they kept to what was stated on the website.
