sent my couple old devices to them. took a while for the payment due to re-inspection. called in and they were very responsive and took care of everything at spot. received my payment within 24 hours. would definitely do the business with them again.

Admin was very responsive. I was paid exactly what I was quoted. Took a little longer than the 72 hours but they kept in contact and I would do business with them again.

We sent in our phone and they received it on 1/16/23 we are almost a month later and they have not mailed us a check. We have tried calling and emailing and get no response. It feels like they stole our phone.

Update: After several emails and several voicemails and basically calling 15 times a day until someone answered we got paid. Yes they pay more but unless you can wait a month plus and want to hassle them to get paid I would sell your phone elsewhere.

Top price for used iphone but took over 2 weeks to get paid after they received the phone. Had to email and leave vcmail at customer service multiple times, but they did pay the full price offered so was happy with the end result.

It took longer than 72hrs to receive my payment, but after about a 2 week wait they sent me the money. My only complaint is the 72hr guarantee and that fact it took longer. But eventually I was paid for my device.

My experience was great. The money was receive immediately as soon as I decided to sell my device to icellglobal. The process was fast and easy and the staff was very responsive. By that I mean they responded immediately to any questions that I had when selling my phone to them.

Hey everyone! Selling my device to iCellGlobal was an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful in giving me my moneys worth on my device. From now on I would continue to sell my devices to ICellGlobal Because they truly value the true worth of your device.

I received an offer for my phone and requested that it be paid to me by direct deposit. I got notication on January 9 and that I would receive payment 24-72 hours later and to contact them if I had not received payment within that time frame. I called on January 13 to say I hadn't received payment and was told payment would be sent that day or the next at the latest. Payment was not sent. I called on January 17 and the call was not answered; I followed up with an email. I got a reply asking for my Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or CashApp. I provided my Venmo and Paypal and asked when I would be paid. No response. I called on January 18 and again the call was not answered; I folllowed up again by email and said I either wanted payment or my phone returned. It was later that day that I received the offered payment via direct deposit to my bank account.

SELLERS BEWARE! DO NOT SELL YOUR DEVICE(S) TO THEM!! After multiple emails and calls to them about the status of payment there was ZERO communication. I along with multiple others (check the Better Business Bureau site for context) have “sold” to them and never received payment or received bad checks.

UPDATE (02/2023) After multiple emails, site reviews, and a report to the Better Business Bureau I finally received a response from iCellGlobal. However, regardless of high volume it is absolutely unacceptable to keep your customers in the dark and it should not be the responsibility of the customer to continuously have to make contact because of a lack of communication from the business. When you give a timeframe, especially for payment, and that timeframe lapses without a single word of communication that is an issue. I am not the only individual who had this experience. Do better.

SCAM!!!!!! I sent them my phone and they never paid me. I emailed them that I had not received my payment and they told me it was good to go. Over a month later and I still have not been paid and they stopped answering my emails. Do not send this company your phone they will steal it.

Although it took a few more days than expected (it was just the holiday season), everything went very smooth. Postage was paid for, tracking number was issued, and they gave me the amount quoted no questions asked (phone was in mint condition). I will recommend this business to anyone. Thank you!!
