I'm always weary of trusting online

I'm always weary of trusting online, but this was a great experience!
I got my quote, printed my shipping label, sent it and they got back to me within 2-3 business days. They reviewed my offer and I got my money directly to my Zelle! They have other payment options like CashApp but I feel safer with Zelle. Thanks!!

I sold my device through this company…

I sold my device through this company and can't complain. I shipped my device and they emailed me upon receive. It took about 3 days but I did get paid for my phone. Smooth and trustworthy transaction and will recommend to friends and family.

iCellGlobal is 100% legit

I was looking for a company online to sell my iPhone XS Max. There are a lot of different companies to choose from. I also didn’t want to get scammed. I found iCellGlobal and liked the reviews I saw and decided to sell my phone to them. They sent me a label and I sent my phone off. They got it in a couple days and sent me a confirmation that they received my phone. They responded fast letting me know how much I’ll get for my phone! If you’re looking to sell your phone. They stole my iPhone

They offered $75 for my iPhone, they acknowledged receipt of the phone but did not process the payment. Their customer service number goes unanswered and their mailbox is full so disconnects and emails were never responded to.

*UPDATE*
After repeated attempts to contact them, it was less than 24hours after I reported them to BBB and this review on TrustPilot, they reached out claiming the phone was damaged (camera lens cracked) and was sent to reinspection so they provided a revised offer of $40.

The phone was not damaged when I sent it and was wrapped tightly in bubble wrap. I don't believe them for a second and I suspect if it actually is damaged, they did it themselves. I've asked for my phone to be returned via email and they responded that they would rather communicate by phone (see above frustration with their phone lines)... Overall my impression is that their satisfaction promise is complete B.S.
