A lot of work to get paid
After two full months and many emails and calling I finally got paid for my phone.
Fast
Fast, Quick and reliable.
Thank you for a smooth and pleasant transaction.
I sent my iPhone 13 in and received…
I sent my iPhone 13 in and received highest payout compared to other companies. I reached out a couple times via email but of course businesses can be very busy so was patient with the process. My device was delivered apr 29th and I received payout on may 4th. Very nice customer service and they sent payment while on the phone with me to make sure I received it! Very satisfied with the service and the payout for my phone!
Fast and efficient
Fast and efficient. Even reached out to me via text to confirmed payment. Will do business again.
Careful with these guys!
1 May 2023...Be careful! Sent in my phone, which was in perfect condition...no issue whatsoever with the screen. They came back saying there was a "deep scratch" on the screen...I said there wasn't one when I sent it in...they said they'd send a video...more than 1 week later and several email follow-ups by me, I still haven't gotten it...I told them just to send the phone back to me...no response from iCell Global, no response to my last 2-3 emails...and no one answers the phone there (go ahead and call the only phone number their website gives, 832-514-0775, and see what happens). I get it that this company may be understaffed...but don't leave a customer who has sent you a $750 phone in the dark. 🤦 So, another day or two, then I take my concerns to the next level.
============
11 May 2023...I wrote my last review of iCellGlobal 10 days ago. They STILL have not returned my phone, which they say they'll do if you don't like their price offer. I first asked them to return the phone to me over 21 days ago! I've continued emailing them and leaving voice mails (because no one ever answers the phone). Crickets. So, I filed a complaint against iCell Global online with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center and the Better Business Bureau for the Houston area. Will keep submitting complaints with agencies until this company tells me what's going on with the phone I entrusted to them. I do a ton of ecommerce, but iCellGlobal seems fly-by-night. All they have to do is call me and give me an ETA for resolution, but they won't even do that. 🤦

I shipped my 13 pro max and had no trouble getting my money’s worth. I talked to them through email like other previous experiences. I will for sure use iCellGlobal again.
I am in the process of being scammed…
I am in the process of being scammed and I should have googled their company before sending them my iPhone 11. Just like everyone else, they respond right away when you are asking about sending in your phone and as soon as it's shipped they will ghost you and not respond to calls or emails and you will get no money. They are nothing but scam artists that want your phone but don't want to pay you. They promise payment in 24 hours, but it's been over 72 hours and no money and zero responses. Do not trust Icellglobal with anything, even the $10 new customer money they say they will send instantly is another complete lie, don't fall victim to these people.

Was really nervous about shopping my device off to a company that I’ve never worked with before but the experience was great. I followed up with emails every step of the way and they always promptly responded. Their quote was on par if not slightly higher than competitors. Will work with them again.
Call them if you have issues! (832) 514-0775
UPDATE: After reading other reviews I contacted another phone number they had listed and was able to get through to someone. They sent out the full payment immediately after getting in touch plus a $10 new customer bonus.
Thank you, John!

Timeline:
3/1/23 - I packaged up my phone and shipped it to iCellGlobal.
3/14 - After a couple weeks, they finally confirmed that the phone has been received and will undergo inspection which “will take up to 72 hours”.
3/20 - After 6 days I ask them for a status update.
3/21 - iCellGlobal states there is a small scratch on the screen (which is not true) and that they cannot pay the full amount and can only offer $200 instead of the original $232.
3/23-3/24 - I counteroffer for $220, to which they counter offer for $215. I accept their offer for $215 to get my money as it has almost been a month since I sent the device in.
3/28 - They want to confirm my PayPal payment method, and state that after confirmation payment will be received “within 72 hours”. I confirm the address the same day and here is where the waiting game begins.
4/5 - I send follow up email since it’s been a week without any status update. No response
4/11 - Another week passes with no update so I follow up again via email and phone call. 5-10 phone calls go to a voicemail box that is full, and the email goes unanswered again.
4/18 - Attempted to call every phone number they have listed online (at least 30+ calls). All go to the same voicemail box that is full.
4/27 - Sent another email. I fully expect no response and to never receive payment.
I am now using the only power I have to warn others to NEVER send their phone to this company. You won’t receive payment, and you won’t get your phone. Keep your sanity and go elsewhere.
Do NOT trust this company
I decided to sell my iPhone to iCellglobal and it turned out to be a huge mistake that played out over a period of 3 months. This company is the most openly fraudulent company I have ever dealt with and they should be shut down. Here is what happened:
12/2/22 – I shipped an iPhone to iCell
1/23/23 – Received an email from iCell that they received the phone and were inspecting it.
2/16 /23 – Got an email that they found wear on the back, a ding on the corner of the frame and the battery was 83%. All of this was false – the phone was pristine. They said the value of the phone was revised down to $100 from $171. I responded that there were NO imperfections on the phone and I had the pictures to prove it and to send the phone back.
2/20/23 – They emailed that they would pay $125. I told them to send it back for the second time and that the serial number better match the phone I sent them.
2/21/23 – They offered to pay the original price. I asked them to confirm that they would pay $171 and that was confirmed. The only reason I agreed to this is I was afraid they had already sold my phone and would send me back one that was damaged and then I’d have to deal with a whole new can of worms.
3/5/23 – I sent an email that I received a check for $160 not the promised $171 and told them to send the additional $11.
3/6/23 – iCell sent me a bogus screen shot showing a value of $160. I sent back a screenshot that I took that day showing a value of $171 and demanded that $11 owed. I received an email that they would send the $11 via Paypal. I received $10.67 from Paypal. I guess they just could not abide fully meeting their obligation. You may also want to check the Better Business Bureau site where they have been given a rating of F.

They were so nice and helpful with fixing my iphone 13. They communicated with pricing and how long it will take for it to be repaired which wasn’t long. I would highly recommend!!

My phone was broken and honestly everywhere I went they told me it was not fixable and were trying to charge me too much, but the people here were amazing gave me an affordable deal and helped me so much. Thank you 10/10 recommend !
Good company to work with.
This is a bait and switch scam!!! Don't use them
This is a scam. They sent me an email that they received my phone on Sunday April 2nd. Three weeks later and they don't return emails, never answer their phone, and the voicemail is always full.
DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR PHONE, unless you want to lose your $!!!!!
Follow up: This review got their attention and had them pay me the full amount. I suspect it’s worth paying full value to get rid of bad reviews.
Read the terms and conditions carefully for details about battery life levels, and they’ll call any scratch a “deep scratch” as part of what seems to be a business built around a bait and switch tactic. A review seems to be the only thing that gets their attention, otherwise they’ll try to get you to settle for less. Flat out told them to send my phone back and a week or so later when they couldn’t give me tracking they offered full value.
SCAM and reporting to BBB and possible…
SCAM and reporting to BBB and possibly the places that list them as recommended. I have copies of everything within my order proof of my sending my phone pictures of my phone in excellent condition. And NO payment. NO one answering. Paid expedited shipping and it was sent weeks ago. Literally think they robbed my of MY phone. Payment says 24-72 hours. And no one is answering. But I have proof of ALL of it. Pictures emails etc. They still claim I’ll be paid next day, nothing was paid. Now no response from email or either phone number they have.
They contacted me back and paid me more than they owed. Changed my review.
Great service great price…
I sold my device and I got a good price and I highly recommend them.
Read great reviews on trustpilot and…
Read great reviews on trustpilot and BBB so I went ahead and decided to sell my device with them. They received my device last week and I was told I would receive my payout within 72 hours and I have yet to receive it. Starting to feel a little skeptical and not sure if I’d use them again, as I have not heard despite emailing them multiple times.
UPDATE: after a week, I ended up hearing from them and received my money for my device.

I just sold another device to iCellGlobal. It took a little longer than expected to get my money, but it was easy to comunícate with them through email. Highly recommend.
