The phone is always answered promptly by a real person that I can understand and talk with, they are very thorough and knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they find out, they are always willing to listen and get you the best deal, this time I spoke with Tay when renewing my insurance, he was all of the above and more, genuinely a nice person who comes across well on the phone. I had an issue when I was in Europe and spoke with an equally nice lady who solved my problem and emailed me with confirmation of our conversation, keep up the great work, I’m so glad we could renew with you guys at Howdens

Satisfied with the service but a long delay in getting the paperwork through the post

I’ve had my car & home insurance with Howden for many years. They always answer calls, problems etc with informed solutions & advice. Knowledgeable & friendly the agents will always suggest the direct solution for an inquiry. I would recommend these guys!!

Always friendly staff and every year I’ve had a decent Price. Don’t take what they send you in the post. Give them a ring. Speak to them save a few more quid.

I briefly left Aplan to insure with BMW as my partner had an outstanding insurance claim now corrected to non fault. But now we have come back to Howdens who have been most supportive and helpful. Thanks soooo much

The forms I requested to be sent to me did not arrive and I had to re request them and when they were sent they were incomplete and I had to request details of the home emergency cover to be sent.
