Crash with the bike.

I recently had a crash with the bike and had a hard touch down with my head. More than fortunately it was very well protected by the airbag = for my head a real soft touch down, which I did not notice at all!!! I informed Hövding via the crash report and immediately got this crash replacement code when buying a new one. Ordered a new one and got it one week later. Great!

Not working device

I have bought Hovding 2 at 21.04.2021 from Sport Master and I barely used it maybe 20 time over 2 years due to I didnt bike at all. Over a month ago, I have started to bike again and I have also started to use my hovding, app did not captured my trips, tried to reregister, uninstal, re instal the app, no matter what couldnt solve. And today all of a sudden hovding app give allert saying that there is issue with the device and not safe to use, it is also not charging, cant download logs.. tried to get support via app, it says it is out of 2 year warranty so they can not help! Website says average product life is 5years but I didnt even use the device over a year.

Perfect Customer Service Experience

The Customer Service acted like a perfct Customer Service should have.
Very quick response and a very generous replacement Hövding 3 – despite my Hövding 3 being 2,5 years old with battery damage.

If you ever come across Ms. Sadiki in your Case – you'll be more than happy with her expertise, politeness and generous help! Such a good Service for such a great company! Hövding should be glad to have her! =)
