Quick delivery, but...
Quick delivery.
But it was stated that I get informed, when the Hövding is to arrive, this did not happen, the driver was just ringing (luckily I was at home).
There was no bill or whatsoever added to the parcel, so I don't have proof that I bought the Hövding. Would need one for my insurance.

Better than every helmet
Good Service. Better protection as any helmet. Even expensive ones. I had multiple accidents with both. Not only upper had but also face, hack and my expensive glasses was all ways perfect protected.

Ultraquick processing of cancellation and refund
As a repeat customer, I was under the impression, that a discount would apply to subsequent purchases. Actually this is only for replacement after an accident … as if your insurance would give you a refund for USING it - rather than NOT using it … usually you would think that the more sales the better … However, I cancelled the order (luckily it opened up going up the stairs and not in an accident) and got an immediate refund, for which I‘m especially grateful, given Hövding‘s recent insolvency filing …

Perfect order handling and fast delivery
Up to now I can only judge the very fast and smooth order handling and delivery. As I am not going to use the Hövding myself.
It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. But I am pretty sure that I shall re-order a Hövding if here experience will be positive!
