Absolutely awful experience. I ordered (and paid) two items and after a month and countless urges was told they are not in stock. Zero communication / empathy. Avoid!!!
Ok, but not great.
Ok but not great. Ordered some hockey skates and requested that they were sharpened. Delivery time was 10 to 15 days. Not the fastest but was happy to wait. I got the order confirmation on ordering but on the 12th day I was still awaiting a dispatch notice. I sent an email to see what was happening and got no reply. I sent another email on the 15th day again with no reply.
On the 17th day I filled out a contact card on the website to which they replied stating the 15 day delivery notice was for delivery to them, not what was stated on the website. They went on to say the items would be with them soon and they would dispatch on arrival. A few days later I got the dispatch notice and the skates were with me soon after. What annoyed me most was after that wait they had not even bothered to sharpened the skates. 👎

I ordered 3 weeks ago. Over a week ago, I contacted support for the first time. Until today, I have only received a promise that my order will be shipped within 48 hours — and guess what? That was a lie. Support has simply stopped replying to my emails.
Support gets back to you within 24 hours – LIE
They respond quickly when they want to promise something. But when you ask when your order will actually be shipped, they disappear.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on your website and can say with certainty that I will never place an order with you again.
From the very beginning, the customer service has been pure chaos. I ordered the skates on January 23rd and, to this day, I am still waiting for them to arrive. According to your information, the package was allegedly already available for pickup and then returned because I supposedly did not collect it. This is simply not true.
I checked the DHL tracking page every single day and never received any pickup notification. I was told that the parcel was stored for only one day in a DHL pickup locker and then sent back. This is something I have never experienced before — normally parcels are held for at least a week.
On top of that, your customer service has been completely unhelpful. I do not receive clear answers, responses take several days, and no real effort is made to resolve the situation properly. I even offered a reasonable solution: as compensation, the skates could be sent to me via express shipping. My email was ignored.
At this point, I have been waiting for so long that the lake near my home is no longer frozen. I live in Berlin, and winters like this are rare. That is exactly why I ordered the skates quickly — to make use of this short opportunity. Now that chance is gone.
Honestly, I regret not buying skates that were twice as expensive in a physical store instead of ordering from this website. I strongly advise others not to be tempted by the low prices. Based on my experience, this platform may even be fraudulent. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Still waiting for my order I placed over a month ago. On the website the delivery time was written as 10-15 days. I contacted the costumer service, several times via email. All of those emails have stayed unanswered. Terrible costumer service and very unreliable

Second time ordering from hockeystore.
The shipping was quite fast, taking in count the black friday month, and the fact that I live in Romania.
The products were very well packed.
When I had a problem with a product (producers fault, not theirs), they sent me another product free of charge.
All in all, a very good experience.

Very good customer service
We experienced manufacturing defect with one of the sticks purchased. This was communicated to Hockeystore, then the response of employee (Hugo) was swift, with precise instructions how to deal the matter.
We quickly received the decision of Hockeystore and shortly afterwards we received a new product.
With some manufacturers or distributors, our experience was much worse.
So thank you again Hugo / Hockeystore for being quick and fair with our claim.
This deserves five-star valuation.
Avoid!!! Did not send the items and won't refund
I ordered some bits for my sons birthday at the end of August, it was almost a month till i received the package. When I got the order it only had 4 items in out of the 11 items I had ordered!! I have emailed them they said they would refund for the missing items and it's been over 2 weeks now and still no refund. Avoid!! I ordered from here as they had a neck guard in stock my son wanted but now they have taken my money not sent the item and haven't responded to my messages. Please avoid this company! They ruined part of my sons birthday present as he was so excited we had found one in stock and now it's all for nothing. Please don't waste your money or time. Hockey store.com if you read this I want my refund!

I placed an order, waited almost 2 weeks and when I contacted the customer service I was told that if you are not satisfied we will cancel the order and refund the money. Although it was important for me to receive the order, the seller himself refused it without any confirmation.
