Super slow Customer Service response

No Customer Service response. I bought the Ace. All the plumbing installation went smoothly except actually attaching it to the toilet. Their replacement bolts don't quite go in. It's been a WEEK, and only an automated "we're experiencing high email volumes" response. I had to cut mu toilet seat bolts to get it off (I thought they'd get back to me so just went ahead with the install). Now im sitting on a seat-less toilet waiting...

EDIT They finally got back to me. They sent me to the hardware store for new bolts and offered to pay. Got it installed and it works great.

Beware of his company

we ordered one bidet.
When we agreed to the credit card purchase, the original amount showed up as a double purchase.
Additionally, the price did not reflect all of my 40% Labor Day discount
We never wanted the additional bidet.
As soon as I saw the charge (less than 5 minutes) i tried to cancel the order and was told they get 'too many orders' to cancel mine.
When I tried to return the second unit i learned there was a 'restocking' fee and I had to take my refund in company credit.
I don't want to buy anything else from this company much less have them owe me money.
I am not judging the product, just a scam company.

Used to be a great company but product…

Used to be a great company but product and service stinks now. they ship you the latest bidet and am installing on a new american standard toilet - turns out it wont stay on without extra parts. cheap extra parts they should ship with as this is a known issue by their own admission. customer service tried to charge me shipping and pay for parts that are required for it to function on a standard seat. better options out there these days.

Great product with different list prices and coupons every day. Support is great IF you persist and ask the right question

Tushy 3.0 is a great product. That said:
• The list price and discount coupons change daily. Getting a second one at the same price as the first one required customer support escalation, and the purchase dates were only two weeks apart. I liked the product enough to want a second one, but ended up a really annoyed customer.
• If you have high water pressure, there is a secret solution part (not mentioned in the instructions) for which you pay extra. You must specifically ask support to get this info.
• Easy to install IF none of your connections or toilet seat bolts are rusted due to age AND if the supply valve shutoff still works (it may not due to age). I had to use a Sawzall to remove the rusted fill connection (and replace it) and turn off the water in the basement since the supply valve was old and leaky on one of two toilets. Luckily I'm good at this. Make sure you know how to shut off the house water AND have a backup plan in case something breaks.
• Customer Support's native language is not English, so the answers might be a bit confusing.
• The potty-mouth humor wears REALLY thin after the 2nd email.

Terrible customer service

This company has the most terrible customer service I’ve ever seen. I placed an order 08/02/23 and it is now 08/09/23 and the order hasn’t even been confirmed. I’ve tried talking to them multiple times but can never get ahold of anyone. For these prices they should have one of the best customer support systems. They provide their number to call but when you call it tells you to leave a voicemail and they will be back to you in a few business days, that is absolutely crazy. I wouldn’t recommend ordering on this website to anyone.

Customer service is terrible!

Customer service is terrible!

Ordered 2 bidets and it took about a week for USPS to receive the item and then for some reason USPS lost the items. I contacted the company to let them know it’s lost and they for reason need me to wait 14 days even though USPS told me it’s lost. What are we waiting for? The post office said it’s lost and they can’t find it. Then after the 5th email, Tushy will make an “exception” (day 13/14 for waiting policy) but apparently my address that I live at is obviously incorrect they needed a new address. They finally place a replacement order which has been sitting at USPS awaiting item for 3 days now. No movement. People selling on eBay have more pride in their business. Most likely will return it since I can’t cancel cuz it’s “shipped”

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. I still haven't received. They keep blaming the carrier, but one rep admitted they never gave it to the carrier. They ignore requests. Was promised to be delivered by Fathers Day and wasn't mailed out until the day after. Still don't have. Avoid this company. Worst customer service experience I've had.

Worst place to order from

Worst place to order from. Trying to return my items and still haven't received an return label for over a week. I will be travelling out of town in the next few days and it's gonna be hard to return my items if I don't get a return label. I'm so done with this place

Worst customer service and product has issues

I'm not sure I've ever seen worse technical support. I purchased the Tushy Ace. I had numerous issues with how it was working and emailed support. A "poo-ru" will get back to me "right away". 4 or 5 days later, I've heard nothing and reached out on FB. A few hours later, i got a reply to my email with basic troubleshooting info.
That did not help and I emailed again.
Heard nothing back.

Emailed again!
Was told it need to escalate and I'd hear back soon.
5 days later, emailed again.

You get the idea.
I emailed them this morning indicating I either need to hear back today or need an RMA.

Crickets.

Their other products might be fine but the Tushy Ace is crap. The remote does not work. You cannot adjust the angle on my unit, nor is there any difference between Bum and Front.

They look like they spend a ton on advertising and marketing but once you purchase, they don't care.

Don't read the reviews on their website. Read the Amazon reviews before purchasing.

Also, do not go to tushy.com. It's an extremely lurid pornographic site.

A $400 USED product: Updated

Just received my $400 electric ACE seat. it was clearly used, filthy and leaking water from inside the box. trying to get ahold of support to return and get my money back to go with a different brand. absolutely disgusted to spend that amount of money to get a USED product.

UPDATE: they have reviewed and corrected the error promptly.

I ordered from a link on CNN that rated the Tushy products as great. I had trouble adding in the CNN discount code so contacted customer service. I got an email replies with s#it emojis and crappie language throughout the many messages I received. My opinion is I would have never ordered from a company that represents s#it in every response when that is a very private part of the body. Then I went to the website and they have a guy getting water up his a$$ in one of the drawings. How juvenile is my humble opinion. I threatened to cancel my order because there's no unsubscribe link in the emails when someone finally took my off the list. Terrible to make everything about crappie in my opinion. Just offensive.

Received and installed 2 weeks ago

Received and installed 2 weeks ago. Initially was very happy with my Tushy Spa 3.0. Performance is as advertised. Was careful to check for leaks for the first 3 days and there were none.

Fast forward to today and upon arriving home found water dripping from the ceiling below the bathroom. Hot water supply was leaking from below where it screws into the Tushy.

Shut off water, disconnected, tightened everything down and no leaks as of this moment. Hopeful, but now there are trust issues. Not very happy about needing to repair the water damage. Also frustrated that I couldn't find how to leave a review on their website. Perhaps they are only keying on on positive reviews.

Day 2 after installation I have learned…

Day 2 after installation I have learned a valuable lesson. First off, the product seems to work well and was easy to install. But if you have small children always inspect bathroom after they use. Family left for work and school not realizing 5yr old left the tushy on. The amount of water pouring through the floor when we got home was sickening im afraid to check how much damage may have been done. Anyways not tushy falt, just my own. Any easy fix would be if tushy installed a spring loaded dial that auto turned off when product was not in use. Just a suggestion. Ugh. Life.

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. BUYER BEWARE

Tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes of placing it because I selected the wrong shipping, but you must go through customer service who by the time they got back to me the item had already conveniently started to be processed making my order ineligible for cancellation. Thus, I had to pay a “restocking fee” for an item I didn’t need in the first place. I will never order directly through this company again. BUY THROUGH AMAZON to protect yourself from charges if you need to make a return!

We always do our best to get things out the door ASAP, especially during the holiday season when we know things can take a long time to arrive due to the greater demands on shipping carriers. We do our best to cancel if we're able, but often the order has already been processed, and at that point it's too late to stop it from making its way to you.

We'd love to be able to process returns for free, but unfortunately it does cost money and resources to accept returns, take them back into inventory if unopened, and store and ship them back to us. If we were as big as Amazon maybe we'd be able to eat that cost, but we're still just a small business and we're doing our best to pass as much savings and value off to you as we can. :)

Don"t even think you are returning that tushy!

If the product was on sale you cannot it return it. It is advertised as 60 day money back guarantee on the website where you purchase. In the return policy (which you actually have to search for at the bottom 3 clicks in it says you cannot return anything that was on sale. There is also a 10% restocking fee and you pay for shipping back. The product is always on sale, why would you pay more it should say right up front not eligible for return if on sale. . What kind of company does that unless they know people will return it once they see it. Either pay full price or keep if forever. What a shady company. They obviously know their product is crap or they would have some integrity and actually stand by their 60 day money back guarantee. There is no phone number to contact anyone.

Any defective item is fully protected by our warranty, and in the event that a rare defect does occur, please reach out to a Poo-Ru who will assist you with a solution or a replacement (whichever is the proper fix for the given situation). We do have a 60-day return window for most of our items, but there are exceptions which are clearly outlined in our return policy posted in the FAQ section of our website.

All that said, if there's an actual defect, we'll take care of you. :)

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! This product lasted less than 2 years. When I contacted customer service about a piece that had fallen off, they tried to charge me extra costs AND suggest I purchase Super Glue to fix the product defect! Then they told me they would “get back to Me” And completely ignored me! If your product requires consumers to use Super Glue and pay for extra parts, it probably isn’t ready to be on the market! There are plenty of other bidets do choose from. DO NOT buy this brand.

Don’t buy this! Water damage in my house!!!

Don’t buy this! Worst quality product, I used this product and the hard plastic pipe of the bidet broke and caused a bad water damage in my house, the whole project caused us over $50k and Tushy didn’t want to take any responsibility to help us! Unethical company !

Product is fine. Shipping/Customer service is very poor.

Leaving a negative review on any product is a first for me and the review isn't even of the product itself. I've used TUSHY products before and find them to be a good product. I recently purchase 2 items and have found the shipping situation to be pretty frustrating. Originally I placed my order on Sept 14th and as I live in Canada shipping would take just over a week (i believe it was 7-9 business days). Not a big deal. Within a few days, the delivery date was pushed back to Oct 4th due to IT maintenance issues in a Canadian warehouse. Ok, not great but I can still track my shipment so again, not a big deal. My package didn't arrive on Oct 4th so I went on to TUSHY's website and followed their automated prompts to ask about my package. I was emailed and informed that my package was in Canada and was received on the 28th. This was information I could see when tracking my package and included in my original email. I sent another email stating that I had the information already and was just hoping that the tracking info would be able to be updated so I could see when the package would arrive. I was then told that with where the package is in processing it could take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. It's pretty frustrating that the delivery date has gone from 7 - 9 days (Sept 24th) to 20 days (Oct 4th) to possibly 38 to 50 days (October 19th - November 2nd) without any regular updates to tracking or explanation of why it's taking so long. I originally purchase the items as gifts and don't have any useful date or information to say when they will arrive. Not having in-house customer service with a product that is quite popular seems unacceptable.

I bought two in order to get a discount and when I saw the total on my credit card, I have to admit I wondered why I thought it was a good deal. Kinda pricey for a hose and fitting I can get at Lowe's for a few bucks, plus some plastic and a nozzle and knob.

I already own one bidet that's incorporated into the seat and it was a bit difficult to install and after about 6 months, the little sprayer stick quit retracting and has to be manually pushed in after use. Yuck. So, when the Tushy ad popped up on FB, I thought sure, I'll replace the darn thing.

I just installed them today, so I can't comment on the durability, but otherwise these are my thoughts in PRO/CON format:

PROS:
* Easy to install and the manual -- in spite of its annoying constant attempts to sound humorously casual -- is easy to follow
* Doesn't leak so far
* Does what it says it's going to do
* Hey, at least it arrived... I was worried it might be an outright scam like some other FB ads I've ordered from, especially when it took over 2 weeks to arrive

CONS:
* Shipped DHL which took a couple of weeks. Thus my concern as to whether or not it was even legit, but it is. Just slow.
* Prevents my toilet seat from sitting "flush" (no pun intended) with the ceramic bowl anymore. It's a minor annoyance that I may not notice when I'm sitting on it, but I'm anal retentive as hell (again, no pun intended) so things like that bug me to no end
* It's a bit overpriced for the quality of the item -- which isn't BAD, there just isn't much to it
* This is minor, but the company's incessant attempts at humor to make bidets seem fun and less awkward -- mostly involving saying "butt" and "poop" as much as possible in their ads, packaging, manual, emails, etc. -- wore on me pretty quickly

Tl;dr? If you want a bidet-type solution, maybe shop around a bit, but ultimately Tushy is a viably option. It's a legit company and the product is OK if a bit overpriced IMHO, and it took 16 days to arrive from the date I placed my order.

Sorry to hear about that long wait time, it's not our ideal amount of time to wait, but occasionally things like that do happen. Most customers within the United States receive their orders within about a week, though sometimes delays do occur (and we're always working to prevent that).
