I placed an order for a physical SIM…

I placed an order for a physical SIM card to be shipped as I was bringing my own phone. Two weeks later and after speaking with four agents, it still hasn't shipped. All the agents assured me they were filling out a support ticket and that I would get an email when it shipped. I got the same script read to me every time. I finally canceled my order.

Poor customer service and delivery…

Poor customer service and delivery method, placed the simcard order and no updates in 5 days, called customer care, sent email, still no updates. Online status was just showing processing..

The delivery times are false

My order was processing for over a week. After a week, I contacted support to see what was delaying my sim card. They couldn't give me a valid reason and so I ended up cancelling my order a few days later and getting a SIM card from another company.

Terrible Experience


Terrible Experience - Avoid This Company!**

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Hello mobile. Without any prior notice, they disconnected my family plan and unilaterally changed it to a single plan. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, I can no longer reach them for support—I've tried multiple times to contact customer service, but either can't get through or am met with unhelpful responses. This company has shown zero respect for their customers, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Avoid at all costs if you value reliable service and transparent communication!

Hello Mobile - Worst Service Ever

What mobile service ever! I ordered sim card for plan and for past 2 weeks the sim card still not shipped. I called Hello mobile customer service twice and they could not resolved the issue. I had to cancel the order. Definitely one of the worst mobile service provider out there.
