Been nothin but happy with hello mobile! I went to mint mobile and switch to visible and switched to Cricket for the affordable connectivity program which shut down now they have crappy plans and I'm switching over to hello mobile because I've been using it for my kids for a while and I've been nothing but happy! Mint mobile screwed me when I shut down my account they completely wiped everything off and I didn't receive some money back that I deserved. Visible was good for the price except for pretty much no customer service to call and it's Verizon you can't get phones very easy. I lost my phone and didn't want to buy another one because they're so expensive and I was able to get one for free with Cricket and get the affordable connectivity program. The affordable connectivity program shut down and the Cricket phones are completely locked for one year and because I was with them on that particular phone over 1 year, I was able to get mine unlocked. Now I'm going to hello mobile because it's really just the cheapest option on the market, I can talk to a human at customer service on the phone if I have a problem, and I don't want to use mint mobile again because they screwed me over, so I'll stick with hello mobile. It's my favorite!
Paid for a eSIM on Friday
Paid for a eSIM on Friday, I am writing this Sunday and still have received the eSIM. It says instant activation.
after attempting to contact customer service,2 times on Facebook, 2 times on Twitter and 4 phone calls and 6 messages left thru email and chat on the site.. I have no eSIM
And haven’t been refunded of contact as why I have nothing.. it’s by far the worst company/customer service I have ever encountered!

I had to give Hell-No Mobile 1 ⭐ to be able to review them, otherwise I'd give none. From the first week or so the problems started, and since their customer service seemed to be ignorant of how things work and in need of massive training that experience was extremely frustrating to say the least. It was so hard talking to them, and then I wanted to return the phone I bought from them. They said they sent me a return label no less than three times (3 X's) but I never got them. I got their verification email, but every time they sent the return label it didn't go through, which made me suspect a SCAM.
I spent hours trying to get customer service to help me fix the problem with no success. As my due date for return neared I mentioned to more than one agent that I'm going to send the phone back to the fulfilment center. Since there were no disagreements I mailed it back. I expected them to handle it and return my money.
Fast forward 5 months... Still no return, and no help from Hell-No Mobile to return my money.
Nightmare.

They have no respect for their customers.
They'd rather give their customers the runaround than the truth.
If Sim cards are out of stock, or an issue is impeding orders or shipments, it'd be wise to inform your customers.
Worst Shipping Department
Never ship the sim card about 4 weeks of waiting. Customer service has no clue and cannot help. Talked to customer service supervisor as well and he doesn’t have any clue. 3 times already escalated. OMG it is very frustrating. At least customer service should have some kind of their internal shipping department information rather than reading same script over and over…..
Just canceled my order (September 8). Seems like this company is not looking for new customers and businesses…
False advertising
False advertising, their website says you will receive the ordered Sim Card in 2-5 business days however that is false. It’s been 4 days and my SIM card hasn’t been shipped. Contacted CSR and their response is “ we are working diligently.” Absolute nonsense!

Terrible service
I had initially placed an order on August 12th. After nearly a week,it was still "processing" and no response. Hence I cancelled the order on Aug 18th.
Received a call from Hello Mobile stating that the order will ship out & not to cancel.
Agreed to this & they created a new order.
It has been 2 weeks & still "processing".
I have contacted them on chat & each time I am told that I have to wait for order to be shipped out.
Still have not received Sim card & unable to cancel the order.

Terrible, I been using hellomobile for over two years and they cancelled my account for 5 days of non-payment. I never seen a carrier cancel for 5days of non-payment. I even asked the customer care and confirmed I had 35 days to make a payment from the service due date to maintain my phone number.
will cut off data way before you use it all
paid for 4gb of high speed data, they cut off my data at 2.8gb and tried to tell me i used all 4gb. then customer support was rude

I ordered sim 24 August 2024, today 29 August 2024, I have not received sim yet, upon checking the status was still "Processing". Very very disappointed, not recommending to anyone.
