Cancel My number without Any…
Cancel My number without Any permission.And I was told I can Get My old number back But later They said I cannot Get My number back. Joseph is a bad person. Part of customer service staff is useless And impatient.
Important They can cancel Your number anytime When You said Could I cancel My plan with refund？Then they will say you cannot get refund. But you say I will not cancel. Later your number will be cancelled.
And when you contact customer service many times later, they will remember you and disconnect your chat and no response.
Be careful with your number.

Awful
Ordered a SIM card and waited 2 weeks. Never showed up. Tried contacting support but they use a useless bot instead of a person so that was zero help. I canceled my account and went with another company. Terrible experience.

I called your customer service who is very bad and the SIM kit has never been shipped out after 4 business days of the order placed. The staff of the customer service didn't address my concerns at all about the shipping problem.

Waiting a week and still no shipping information on when my stuff was going to come in the mail. I cancelled the account online and magically everything is being processed.

I use to be a tracfone customer, with 15.00 bucks per month for only unlimited call-text. With unlimited call-text-data is 19.99 + additional extra, extra charges.
Now, I switch to Hello Mobile.
