Hello Mobile 

Waited and waited for a resolution for my payment issues, but no response. They finally shut off my service. I realize this is a dirt-cheap cell plan, but it's useless when you can't even make a payment because their system won't let you. Service has been shut off as an end result. Not worth the hassle.

Hello, My mobile is failing service and email. I have been sending messages, and they never return them.

Lost my cell phone number b/c Hello Mobile vanished without a trace. Any advice how to get my number back?

PS - t-mobile took me back as a customer. You can easily transfer your phone number back to t-mobile. Locate your hello mobile account number from your past emails from them. I assume all proper carriers can do this for you. No more dodgy carriers like Hello Mobile for me.

StandUp Wireless (who owns Liberty Wireless) bought out Hello Mobile and afterward neither Hello Mobile or Liberty Wireless answers support calls or emails and shut down the customers' phone service without letting them know. I've seen where several people have reported the same problem, some even having paid Liberty wireless right before they were shut down. They are cheating people out of money that have paid for service and are not getting it! I would rate less than one star if I could!

Company officially closed. It's now liberty wireless! It you didn't transfer your number , you might have lost it forever.

What happened to this company how should I transfer my line. They shout down company without notifying to all clients its so shady. I lost my line. We need to sue them.

Why do I have to give one star to this trash service with very bad customer service

Hello is the worst phone company in the world, the phones don't work, the website doesn't work, the chat doesn't work, no one communicates!!!!...... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

For some reason I can't login to my account and also I can't change my password. I have contacted support multiple times but they wont respond.

Hello mobile was sold to Freedom Wireless. There has been no communication from either company. The website has been mostly disabled and I can no longer login.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

THEY DO NOT ANSWER ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL AND CHAT, AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY WILL REDIRECT YOU TO A COMPANY THAT NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, IT IS A SHAME! BE AWARE! THEY ARE ROBBING YOU. DO NOT PAY THE ANYTHING. I WILL BE SOON CHARGING ON THEM WITH LAWSUITS!

This is ridiculous that I have been waiting for my new physical SIM card more than a month due to old system upgrade. My ticket is open forever without any further communication no matter phone call or online chat. It’s in the process all the time. I don’t understand how hard to send a new SIM card to your users. I paid for my service already, But no way to use it at all. Such a waste , One star only !

This is a terrible phone company. They've locked me out of my account. I can't even log in to transfer my information to a new phone carrier, after finding out that they're going out of business!

No transparency of the business shutting down and deactivated my account without proper communication of out of business making me not able to port my number out.

Hello Mobile is a nasty, liars, taint your money and giving no service. They tell you stories about 3 companies they merged to. Liberty sucks , no chat, you call them then after which they hang up on you, website not working. I have went to Tello Mobile completely different service and people. Might be just a few dollars more but worth it. Employees super nice. Give them a try This I found the cheapest. Try it you might like it. Hello sucked from the beginning.

Very bad experience, registered a complaint as I cant make international calls for 2 months and not fixed yet, now they telling that, they changed to Liberty mobile, no idea what is going on.

I tried to pay hello mobile system wouldn't take the payment off credit card. They cancel my account and stole both of my phone lines and now they are merged with liberty mobile and I can't get both of my phone lines back.
