Outrageously trash, sh#t company

I would give negative, or replace stars with s##t symbols. Payment system is not working, they said that they are unable to confirm in writing that i will not lose the plan or the numbers, they kept saying they can't email customers, and that i can always come back if my numbers are cancelled and reactivate them under new plan. I do have an active plan, bill due date is tomorrow and their payment system is not working for a week already. They will probably just lose the numbers you have. Trash company.

it is over a month since i placed my…

it is over a month since i placed my order of 5 sim cards and i have not received anything yet
it says sipping is processing. i called costumer service but they were unable to help me!
now i tried logging into my account and it doesnt even let me in. it comes up a message saying "sorry we are unable to process your request

Just an abusive inadequate provider

When nothing is going wrong, they are adequate at best. But they have had a pattern of multiple massive failures, with such poor customer service that they can be considered serial abusers. Their customer service will gaslight you after you have experienced trauma from their horrible service. I will move away s soon as I can, but it’s not so easy when all my authentications with every account are tied to their horrendously flawed service.

Bad CS, Unable to pay, No help

I've never been someone to leave a review, bad or good of any kind but this has been one of the most frustrating experiences...

I've been struggling to pay my bill, I don't know what's going on but the past week I've been trying to pay it and every time I get the same error message. This is important as I use my phone daily and I need it to get around. The email I got about it says mentions losing my number altogether.

I have contacted CS and they have been absolutely useless. They said they were experiencing some problems and to try again in a few hours. Okay w/e. I wind up contacting them again a few hours and was told how my account has already been escalated and i should check back tomorrow.

Tomorrow I called and was told that It was already escalated. I mentioned I was worried about losing my service as I need it for work. They told me that wouldnt happen.

Then after that attempted again a few hours later to the same treatment.

Today I have tried and I was just brushed off altogether like well if you can't pay for your phone then it's going to be turned off.

Bra what the... I've been trying to pay for a hot ass min now and you guys wont do crap about it.

I paid for the service and signed up…

I paid for the service and signed up for the esim and after a week kept getting the same excuse we put in a ticket please allow another 48 hours and still nothing after almost 2 weeks I said cancel my order and 2 weeks since then have yet to receive my refund. the customer service is absolutely abominable and the company itself has lost what made it good a few years back when I first used it. Truly sad I was looking forward to using a cheaper service for business purposes.

Money taken instantly but no eSims

I had first activated a $5 line back in April 2024, no problem. But now, I just paid for a 2nd line eSim. Sure, Hello Mobile was very happy to take my payment instantly but has yet to provide me with a QR code to activate my new eSim. It has been 10 days and 4 calls to their customer service team, still NOTHING, just same old BS.....they will update the delivery date as soon as it's prepared to "ship".... huh?? eSims are supposed to be instant / online, ship to where? no post office required.

Poor customer service

My daughter has lost her phone and I placed an order two weeks ago for a replacement SIM card. I have not received the SIM card after two weeks. I have called and chatted few times but they have no idea why the sim has not been shipped. It is very frustrating and disappointing. I am paying for a service that I cannot use and they have no answer for me

The terrible customer service cannot be overstated

I wanted to add a new line to my account. The website asked me to enter the IMEI of my new phone. I entered it and clicked "next," and immediately got a message saying my SIM card had been shipped without me even confirming the order.

I reached out to customer service right away because I needed the SIM card shipped to a different address.

It took nearly 15 minutes just to connect to an agent. Then he puts me on hold for another 10 minutes while he “looks through my account.”

When he finally returns, he asks me to hold AGAIN while he checks my account, as if he didn’t just do that. At this point, it seemed like he was just stalling, probably juggling multiple customers at once and using "checking my account" as a pretext to buy more time.

It only got worse from there. His responses were completely scripted and didn’t even address my actual questions. It felt like I was talking to a broken bot, except it took him 2-3 minutes to respond to each message.

I got nowhere with him because every answer was an irrelevant auto-reply.

At that point, I cancelled on the spot. Even then, he spent five more minutes bombarding me with scripted retention messages.

Not once did he apologize for the delays or the inconvenience. It felt like someone sitting at their desk apathetically hitting whatever auto-suggested reply the system gave them.

could be a lot better

Awesome prices decent service but I HATE THAT IF U HAVE MULTIPLE PHONES ON 1 Account u can't have each phone with different plans so if I want unlimited I have to pay that same price for my grandparents phone when the only need talk n text then u can open a hole new account with the same billing address stupid

It is a scam company

Paid for a eSIM on Sunday, I am writing this Monday and Tuesday and still have not received the eSIM. It says instant activation.
after attempting to contact customer service online four times, chat on the site.. I was told it may take one week at least to activate the new eSim account. And haven’t been refunded of contact as why I have nothing.. it’s a fake and scam company, by far the worst company/customer service I have ever encountered!
