for 3 days i've waited on hold for more than 2 hrs to speak with someone only to be disconnected. the chat is useless, waiting there as well, and then when connected the agent disconnects you if you don't type fast enough. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE GALAXY
Cannot Cancel
You cannot cancel through their website. Their support is awful, they don't reply to emails, their phone and chat support takes ages and when you do reach someone, they're unable to provide an update on the "cancellation process".

BEWARE ! Don’t fall for the scam of this company Hello mobile cancelled my phone plan left me without service for days and on top of all that took the phone number away from me that I had for over 30 years and was forced to get a new one there agents are incredibly stupid every different person telling you a whole different story none of them know what there talking about it’s not worth it!! They are going out of business!
They are going out of business. Their websites feel like its business as usual, but they are sending these messages to their customers. They aren't even responding to customer queries regarding these.
This is a reminder from your underlying network provider that you must take action. Your current mobile service with Q Link or Hello Mobile will expire on or around November 8th, 2024. To avoid an interruption in service, you must select an alternative mobile operator and transfer your service by that date.

Absolutely terrible been having service troubles for months asked help several times, even for an area covered. I asked for a a physical sim card but they can't find the order. and nothing customer service would do to help I wouldn't recommend this service even to my enemies.

Please stay away from hello mobile. On last suturday I got a message from hello mobile to free upgrade the sim. I upgraded it with eSIM option. But installation got failed. I got error the code is invalid. I started calling their customer care they said something happened with the eSIM apply for a new eSIM which is $5 and retry. But when I tried that option it showed out of stock. I am in completely outage. I am calling to their customer care till now everyday waiting more than one hour each time in line but no luck. They are physical sim option is showing order processing and eSIM is out of stock. I am in a dead end now. I tried to port out my number and the request is pending with them for last 4 days they are not approving the PON. And sad part is I emailed them numerous times to their support but there is not a single answer from them. Please be aware when we are choosing such provider.

Update 10-118: 6 days after talking with rep. I received Sim Card and everything is working perfectly, didn't have to do anything other then insert the card.
Worst Tech Support
They have the worst tech support they copy and paste all their info! I have contacted them more than 15 times trying to get WiFi Calling to work and no one there knows what they are doing! Most of them do not even know that they offer WiFi calling.

The service coverage is excellent and the prices of the plans.But the customer serviceis very bad. I have been a customer for several years. To contact customer service by phone, the wait is more than an hour. For two days I was not able to speak to anyone. This is something that I am considering changing to another company

I do not recommend Hello Mobile to anyone.
I have been a Hello Mobile customer for four months and have consistently paid my monthly bill. Unfortunately, I experienced a service interruption today. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed of a technical issue preventing the activation of new services using QR codes. But why do I need a QR code if I have a valid numbers from them? And they offered me to wait a week, if they receive a QR code then they will be able to help fix their problem.
Isn't this crazy? scammers.
I find it concerning that this problem has persisted for long enough to affect existing customers. I would appreciate a more timely resolution and a clear explanation of how this issue will be addressed to prevent future disruptions.

Have used this service for over 6 months, GREAT SERVICE. no complaints at all my bill for 4 phones with consumer cellular was $185.00 per month, now it is $20.00 per month, who can complain? Save $$$$$ get off your data when u are out and about, use wifi and use the money u save for beer, lol

Late September autopay failed
Late September autopay failed, and website, phone, and even customer service could not accept payment. They told me to keep trying to pay every hour! This went on 5 days! I almost lost my number forever. Luckily on day 2 I decided to switch carriers to save my number, and good I did because on day 5 they still hadn't fixed their system to be able to accept payments. A good search will show I'm not alone, and it seems it happens more often than I ever knew. After all this, they had th enerve to put a number port out block on my number! How rude! It's all resolved now and as far as Hello Mobile, NEVER AGAIN!

I've been trying to sign up for a week and the website won't accept payments. Have wasted my time on hold for chats and calling in only to be told the same thing: to wait until the issue is resolved. However, after a week theres still no fix.
