If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Their system is so broken you won't be able to pay your bill on time because auto pay doesn't work and when you try to manually pay you'll get an error message saying your payment could not be processed. They'll cancel your service, you'll lose your number, then they'll tell you the best they can do is MAYBE give you back your old number if you sign up as a new customer using the same information as last time.

They're liars who are incapable of doing their jobs. When you have an issue, and you will have issues, they'll tell you it will be 24 to 48 hours and to just be patient. Then they'll assure you that your account won't be terminated and your number won't be lost, but it will because they're liars who don't actually care about their customers. They just want your money and don't care who they screw over. Pretty obvious why they've been in so much trouble with the FCC.

If you're experiencing issues with them like I have, then I suggest reporting them to the FCC like I am and maybe even contacting a lawyer. You have rights and they have no problem violating them, so do whatever you can to protect yourself & others. They do not deserve your time, patience, or your money. They deserve to be shut down forever and fined into oblivion.

Auto Pay fail / manual payment fail / service cancelled

I was set up on AutoPay and received numerous notifications about the payment not going through. I attempted a manual payment a dozen times. Finally a rep told me they were having issues with their payment system. My service cancelled for non payment and I lost my phone #. Now I am stuck changing my phone # EVERYWHERE

Online and auto pay payments not working for two weeks

The price is good. However they have had a problem with payments for the last two weeks- there is no way to pay online or over the phone. I’ve contacted them multiple times but was only told that they are working on it but have no idea when it will work again. In the meantime, we haven’t been able to use the phone at all and my service has now been cancelled. There has been no email or contact on their part to explain the problem. I’m just supposed to keep checking back to see if it works???? This is a phone for my teen daughter for mostly emergencies so not elan everyday phone. But if she’s home alone she has no way of contacting anyone I. Case of an emergency. So most likely I will need to switch providers because in the next day or two. Not cool.

Update: Their online payments work again, so I will be giving them another try becausetheir prices are very good and this isn’t our primary cell.

I've been using Hello Mobile for the…

I've been using Hello Mobile for the more than six months, but for the last month, there has been no international calling facility. When I contacted customer care, they mentioned they've been working on it for the past week with no progress. The customer care and technical team are taking more than a week to address the issue, and they don’t seem confident it will be fixed anytime soon. Before deciding on the same connection, please consider this experience and evaluate whether Hello Mobile is the right choice for you or if another service might be more reliable.

Payments won’t process!

I contacted Hello mobile customer service to have my number changed 3 times last week. I was given a number that somebody else ALSO has so I have been getting texts on my phone for this person. I did a test text from my other phone and it and I got a text back from that other person! Although it was an error on their part I was informed that it costs $5 to change my number. I just held my tongue and said to go ahead charge it to my card. That rep informed me that their payment processing was down and to call them back. I did 2 more times over the next 2 days and it STILL was down! That was frustrating enough but I received an email saying that I was late on my payment and my phone service will be disrupted! I have automatic withdrawal and I have plenty of money on my card. So I went online to my account to pay manually. Guess what…the system said that my card could not be processed and I don’t have a card on file. So I manually entered my credit card info and the system said I already had the card on file! But it shows NOWHERE! I even tried a different card and it would not process the payment! I contacted customer service online and they have said the exact same thing all the other reps said. There are still issues processing and to call back. I told them that I needed this phone active because I use it as my forwarding phone for my business when I am not at work. The rep informed me that my phone would probably be interrupted! So frustrating! What I wonder is how they have been making any money because they can’t take payments for almost 2 weeks now. Here is the kicker…my phone service for unlimited talk and text costs me $5 a month. So disappointed!

HelloMobile/Qlink wireless is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their system cancelled my auto pay and will not let me make a payment. They’ve had a ticket open for days with no action taken and cannot tell me when the issue will be resolved. Now they are emailing me my account with be disconnected for non-payment and I will lose my phone number. I have spoken with their customer service reps multiple times over the last week and zoo animals could do a better job. All they do is tell me they have no idea when the issue will be resolved and there’s no known timeframe. and, that I should just keep calling back or go online to try and make a payment. Looks like others are having the same issue.

They absolutely paralyzed my life

They sent me a new sim card to the old address. I tried to contact Amazon delivery service to pick it up but no any contacts. Called support 4 times and each time was waited for for 40 minutes. Ordered an another one. Didn't get it during 2 weeks. The support just repeated the same information with no new details. They absolutely paralyzed my life: I couldn't log in in my bank account, couldn't complete online payments because I wasn't able to receive one-time authorization codes, couldn't update my address on an official state websites because of the same one-time authorization code and so on. The worst part is I can't port my number to another carrier because I need to activate a sim card first

Worst Company and Very bad customer service..

It is one of the worst Mobile companies I can say before using their cell phone plans. I placed a SIM card Kit 25 days ago and it has not even shipped they told me they do not know when it will be shipped. One of the supervisors/representatives told me that they do have a timeline to ship and also they do not have a connection between customer service and the shipping department. Very bad customer service experience ever.

Worst customer support

Worst customer support , i never ever see this kind of support, I'm unable to pay my bill due to technical issues from Hello mobile side, they raised ticket and my due date was passed, they are not giving any ETA to resolce the issue, more than 1 week the issue was not resolved, . When i contacted them to tranfer my number to different service provider they are syaing the due amount needs clear, i said i can pay , but thier systyem had technical issues not able to proceed the payment. at the same time they don't have any ETA to resolve the issue and not allowed to to tranfer my number. Worst response getting from customer support. I fed up with thier service

Charged but did not provide sim card

They charged me for the sim card on nov18th, constantly following them with customer care and even on twitter. Till date 12/4/2024 did not get my sim card.
If some million people are robbed like this , this is an easy scam.

Payment issues

Provider is cheap, but repeating payment issues. Had a year ago the problem that autopay did not work. I noticed it too late and the number was disconnected. I got a new number and everything worked for a while. Last week, the Auto Payment failed again and I was not able to pay for it (both CC and GPay failed). At this point I give up and just let my 2 lines die.

Not worth the trouble..second time…

Not worth the trouble..second time autopay doesn't work and hello mibile awnd disconnect notice.. payment method disappeared from their system and neither re-entering the card , nor manual payment works even with another valid credit card...
Will lose for the second time in two years my phone number because of this incompetent company.. never this garbage.

This company is out of business

For all intents and purposes this company is out of business. It does not accept payment, customer service does not help and after enough time you will lose access to your account and later likely your phone number. Do yourself a favor and get out while you can if you need to save your phone number for two factor authentication purposes. I switched to Tello using my account number and last 4 digits of my phone number. This company is in trouble, just look up the ceo being indicted for stealing $100 million from the government.

THEY force you to autopay

THEY force you to autopay, when I select GPAY the make a payment button disappears and when I try to add my mastercard it says payment source not found, when I try to purchase a refill , same thing,, try to chat with them during business hours it never works, call their number during business hours I get a busy signal for three beeps then goes silent and disconnects, its impossible to manual pay - 8:30am EST
