Great company for preparedness stuff

Harbor is a unique company in that it deals with preparation for all sorts of weather events or even something as common nowadays as a supply chain issues. I use their app but recently bought an item off their physical store. Their customer support was great and ordering was easy.

Super cool little solar blow up light

Super cool little solar blow up light. Definitely satisfied with my purchase. You can tie this bad boy up on your pack and have light whenever you need. Even just for around the house or out back. Great little piece of equipment to have in your possession. Hop on it folks.

Some improvements needed, quality product

Thank you so much for the discount. I think that maybe the prices on the shipping (not on my order) are a little high so it might deter customers. The prices for the products are pretty decent, though. Other than that the shipping was very fast and the car breaker was in good condition and good quality. I think that the keychain holder is a little tight to put on. Also, I think it would be good to include instructions for the product use as I was a little confused 👍 and in case of an emergency it is helpful. A little thank you or instruction guide would be a nice touch. Looking forward to seeing your other products

I love my EcoFlow Delta Mini!

Issues with spigot

The water storage containers are good but, the spigot attachment leaks so the container had to be standing upright, can’t leave on the side to leave in refrigerator

Hi Karen, there should be no leaking that occurs, I am sorry to hear that this is an issue. One thing you might want to check is that the gasket is inserted properly. KA900 max

The emergency radio I purchased the KA900 …IT MELTED THE USB CORD .. that it came with! Buttons didn’t work, super dissatisfied. How can I receive a refund I’ve been trying to contact you
