Duty Clinic – Istanbul (Özel Altındiş)

I arrived in Istanbul on March 7th, treatment started on March 9th, and my final check-up was on March 14th. I had several serious dental problems: multiple root canals needed, 4-5 crowns, plus a few more issues. In Canada, this would easily cost an arm and a leg, even with partial insurance. Through a friend-of-a-friend recommendation, I contacted Duty Clinic.

Mikail replied immediately, explained all options, asked about my expectations, and sent a clear quote. He also offered 3 different hotels — the hotel was included in the package together with airport transfers and daily clinic transfers — everything worked perfectly.

Final result: 21 root canals (done over 4 days) + 26 zirconium E-Max crowns. My new smile looks absolutely amazing!

Dr. Umut (crowns specialist) is outstanding — very experienced, patient, and explained in detail why doing 1 implant for my missed tooth right now wasn’t the best idea (we decided to postpone it).
Dr. Murat is a true root-canal master — super fast, precise, and professional. I’ve never had such a comfortable root-canal experience before. Both doctors speak basic English.

Clinic assistant Umayma was incredible — always attentive, helpful in both English and French, and made the whole process feel easy.

The entire team really keeps their word. I can confidently recommend Duty Clinic to all my friends and family. We even met another patient during treatment — she got her crowns a year ago and now brings all her friends and relatives back. That’s the best advertising!

There was one small miscommunication with the planning lady, but it was minor and didn’t change my overall 5-star experience at all.

I had a horrible experience with this clinic This dentist and the management are the worst; they are scam artists. I needed a full mouth crown and three implants but were misdiagnosed with no bone or space for implants. They extracted my tooth and placed a bridge that is not functional, and no reputable dentist would agree to this. My crown looks fake and the restorations are functionally and aesthetically unsatisfactory. I tried to prove the issue with X-rays and reports from Australia, but they are untrustworthy and not liable. They removed my teeth without a proper cause and are now taking legal action, planning to sue the clinic and the dentist as it will cost me 80 thousand Australian dollars to fix their botched work.

I had negative experience at this clinic and I would not recommend it. I went in for dental treatment expecting professional care but the results were disappointing and caused damage to my teeth. After the procedure I experienced pain and sensitivity and I later needed corrective treatment from another dentist. When I tried to discuss the issue with the clinic I did not receive helpful support or a proper solution. Based on my experience I suggest people thorough research before choosing this clinic

Very disappointed not to hear from them after I reported problems with my crowns. Your company or the dentist who did my teeth are terrible and I will never recommend to anyone. I will also post my vote about lack of communication when problems arise. I wished I hadn’t come to your company and I’ll make sure everyone will know. Your dentist was impatient, aggressive and made me very uncomfortable. I’m sooo glad I didn’t do all my teeth and only 2 front teeth. I’m still in pain until I go see another dentist here in states to re do both. I paid for my own hotel and all my own expenses.

First of all l would like to thanks Doctor's and all the staff at the duty clinic for their help and support throughout my treatment.
Before going there l was a bit worried about the treatment but when l met doctor and staff at the clinic which boost the confidence and now l am feeling good and getting better day by day.
I would definitely recommend duty clinic the best service at the time of treatment and after treatment.

The quality of the work is yerry good.
The organisation and the Hotel is also good.
You have to ask befor the threatment for prices for additional services. They try to demand more money than agreed.
