Order placed 10am Tues
Order placed 10am Tues. Paid a premium for Weds next day delivery & arranged a heating engineer Weds pm to fit AGA part to be supplied by HPS. Now 6pm Weds and no part delivered as yet. Contacted HPS online. HPS confirmed my order was received Tues AM but that there is a delay in delivering my order. HPS are refusing to refund their next day premium delivery charge even though they upsold me this next day service and yet the part has still not arrived. I note I am not the 1st reviewer to be critical of their misleading advertising of a premium charge next day delivery service which fails to arrive as promised.

Beware Saturday purchases.
Bought items on Saturday and the website said they would despatch same day if I ordered before 4pm. Paid for next day delivery expecting delivery on Monday so was a bit disappointed that the items arrived on Tuesday. Not a big deal but grates slightly.
