Emailed garage door parts as the rollers on my door had broken and didn’t know what to order. They emailed me back very quickly with options and measurements. I chose the ones I needed and ordered them and they arrived the next day excellent service would 100% recommend

First class service. Clear instructions on website to enable me to order the correct replacement for a garage roller door remote. Ordered on Thursday evening and was posted first thing Friday and arrived on Saturday morning. Also sent through via email instructions to link new handset which was also very useful.

My roller garage door suddenly stopped working. I messaged Garage Door Parts and asked for advice. They responded quickly, telling me how to check if the tuberlar roller motor was still working. It was.
I then asked them to recommend a replacement control unit. They did, and it didn't cost a huge amount.

I will give you 10 put out of 10 all the way here. You answered every email query with advice and suggestions through out. I must have sent 10 emailed and everyone had a positive answer with advice. You even refuded items that didn't work for me. Well done. Talking on the phone was also helpful as you checked every email and then gave me advice. Thank you. 👍😁

Brilliant customer service!! Very helpful from ordering through to delivery. The post office ‘claimed’ thru had delivered but my Ring doorbell showed otherwise, the tram followed it up with the Royal Mail for me and it was delivered the next day.. After trying numerous companies without success to supply me with new garage door springs I came across this company,
I have to say they were first class,
I ordered what I thought were the correct springs unfortunately I got it wrong 😫
After a couple of photos the correct ones were supplied and a refund on the wrong ones was instant,
Can’t praise this company enough

This was my first garage door repair and I was unsure if the parts that I had selected were the correct ones. I messaged this seller on a Sunday afternoon and received a response within hours asking for a photo of the part required. I uploaded 2 photos and got an immediate response. I placed the order on Monday morning and received the items on Tuesday. Can’t fault this seller 5 star service.

I broke key fob to my garage door and contacted Garage Door Parts for a replacement. They responded straight away, advised on correct replacement and received within two working days.
Offered email advice on set up of new unit which now works perfectly.

I was a bit stuck which set of springs to get for our garage. I emailed some pictures, got a very speedy reply. The communication and advice was absolutely superb. Very impressed.

Excellent service, from start to finish. The wires snapped on my 40 year old garage door. I know nothing about garage doors but was able to do the repair work myself thanks to them. They identified the correct replacement parts and tools, provided instructions and recommended additional work given the age of the door. Parts were received within days. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A very old up-and-over garage door had a spring break. I had no idea when it was installed or even the make. No problem; i sent the engineers at GDL some requested photos and the dimensions of the remaining spring, and they were able to identify the door, and then recommend a spring. I bought a pair, of course.
They didn't quite match the old spring (too strong) but with patient guidance from tech support, I was able to adjust the mounts/pivots and bingo; one working door that will outlast me, I reckon.
