This is the second time that I have…
This is the second time that I have ordered from here. Both times I've paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery and DHL have taken 3 days. In hindsight if I had gone to Screwfix I would of had the part in 2 days.
As a comparison, I had to order a specialist part from a company in Nottingham at the same time and Royal Mail delivered it in 48hrs.
Maybe you should change the delivery system.

I couldn't find the boiler part I needed on the website and when I contacted DHS for help they came back quickly to me ( within the hour), asked a couple of questions about the boiler and then found the part I needed. I ordered it and it was with me 24hours later. And the part fits. Excellent service.
