Excellent customer care, everything about the test was explained to me in detail and I was made to feel very relaxed during the test.

Michael also reiterated that the trial was not dependent on purchasing aids from Hearology.

Softening the ear wax with ear drops for a couple of days before syringeing is often recommended.Quite unnecessary for Hearology's microsuction technique.Also, with the visual probe, the doctor can see everything throughout the process.In this reviewer's experience, microsuction is needed less frequently than traditional syringeing.

My husband attended a diagnostic hearing appointment at Hearology to ascertain how much hearing loss there was after a recent stroke. He has asphasia and is finding some speech and understanding challenging. He felt his hearing was only very slightly different however the tests undertaken showed a significant hearing loss on one side. Michael was not only gentle and mindful he was also extremely helpful in explaining exactly how the stroke had caused hearing loss and what range was affected before going on to fit him with temporary hearing aids, my husbands reaction to hearing clearly brought tears to my eyes and completely blew his mind an absolute lightbulb moment. It immediately made a difference to his speech and understanding and with constant wear will only improve more.
Hearology will guide you every step of the way to hearing clearly now and for the future with constant check up and tweaks to the aids ensuring you’re getting the best possible.
Hearing loss if left undetected can cause memory loss as the brain shuts off what it can no longer hear.
