Micaela was great. Fast, friendly service with zero waiting and minimum of discomfort. On a very hot day the aircon was also appreciated!

Booked a same day appointment as a first time patient and service was brilliant. I never had the procedure before and was immediately put at ease and had everything explained to me. Procedure was quick and painless and provided instant relief of my symptoms.

I could not recommend Hearology more highly. I managed to get a same day appointment for ear wax removal (as my home treatments were not working). I saw a young lady called Ellie, she was brilliant. I made her aware that a previous visit to another company for ear wax removal had not been a very pleasant experience . She listened to me and was very professional and took the time to make sure I was ok during the procedure. I can now hear again. Thank you Hearology.

I had the free hearing test that was offered after having wax removed from my ears (which was fine).
The free hearing test was excellent. Esti took me through a series of tests that measure different aspects of hearing. And she clearly explained how the diagnostics work and the results, not mention the basic structure of the ear.
I shall be paying more attention now to the nuances and patterns of my hearing.
