Harry Davidson (at Liverpool Street Clinic) was helpful, thoughtful and generous with time and attention, giving me a spontaneous treatment for BPPV which, though quite demanding, he managed efficiently and gently.

Absolutely fantastic service as always, Harry will make you feel absolutely secure and will do a amazing professional service..

I make no apologies for writing a second review,detailing how impressed I was by my visit to see Vincent at Hearology in Oxted.
In effect,the results of the consultation has given me a new lease of life.

I had been enduring on going issues with sig ificant pressure around the ears and forehead,affecting my balance.This was very distressing,as I am a linedancer,undertaking about 150 dance routines a week,as well being a goalkeeper in Walking Football.
I decided to contact Hearology in an effort to seek some relief from this constant problem affecting my daily life.

The consultation with Vincent the first class Audiologist,was the best thing I could have done.His treatment ,using the most up to date equipment in a quiet,stress free environment,was exceptional and very reassuring,taking considerable time and expertise to investigate all the combined problems causing me such discomfort over a lengthy period of time.
Following the in depth tests ,it appeared my ear canals were becoming blocked, among other issues.
He spent far in excess of the stipulated half an hour,to make doubly sure these issues were identified and resolved.

Vincent concluded ,should there be any remaining minor pressure evidenced it would be due to narrow sinuses and advised a CT scan to check for blockages.

To summarise for any ear issues,I would thoroughly recommend visiting Vincent the Audiologist at the Oxted clinic.

Did the job as required

My colleague and I were discussing hearing issues. Him because he’s got damaged ears at 42. Me because I’m losing hearing in my right ear after loud music damage. Hearology helped immensely over the phone then at the appointment where Michael was amazingly insightful and almost magical in his proposal.

Very efficient booking service and I had to make a last minute change of times which was no problem. I was in and out in 10 minutes having had my ears looked at and treated.

Great service, no fuss and all staff very friendly and helpful.
