Amazing ..!!
I cannot thank the Harvey Water Softeners team enough, especially the consultant Sonje Papenfus who looked after my case from start to finish.
I experienced two issues at the same time — one of my deliveries went missing and my water softener was delayed due to a manufacturing issue. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to her incredible support.
She personally took ownership of everything, chased the issues herself, and resolved them quickly and efficiently. She kept in regular contact, providing updates and reassurance throughout, so I was never left wondering what was happening.
She was compassionate, empathetic, friendly and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for me. It is rare to come across someone who goes so far above and beyond for their customers, and her level of customer service was truly exceptional.
She is a real credit to Harvey Water Softeners and I am extremely grateful for all her help. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive customer experience.

After care is not good
I had a qettle hot tap put in by harvey waters in October and still cant make a decent cup of tea or coffee .
No one wants to take responsibility for dealing with the issue

Had an exceptional experience from the start till the end.
Sue was very helpful in selecting the right model for my house. Her demo of the product was really interesting. She followed up with me and answered all my queries in timely manner all the way till installation. George was very professional in his installation and was very helpful. I was kept informed by both.

Very good service from start to finish to replace our old Harvey water softeners. Flora comprehensively explained the quotes and responded quickly to our queries. The scheduling and payment arrangements were well-organised. Dan was very friendly and efficient in removing the old equipment and installing the new, then setting up the system with My Harvey App.

The water softener is fine but the app…
The water softener is fine but the app (which was part of the reason I went with Culligan Harvey) is absolutely useless. It does not update as I was promised to the point I have now Ideleted it and check the machine to see what the salt position is. I have mentioned this only to be told they know about but the app has a glitch - well fix it rather than sell me rubbish!

Had to call engineer back to fix 3…
Had to call engineer back to fix 3 water leaks and fit tap pipes as instructed but not done as he knows better and new pipes provide was not needed according to him although it leaked like a percolator. Now I need to replace swollen cupboard boards and melted water tap handles after he soldered copper pipes and I can not get a Harvey complaint line!
