The delivery time is diabolical. Last twice my order of salt blocks went to the wrong address. Tracking information doesn’t work. They are the cheapest around for salt blocks though. That’s the only reason they have returning customers. I now pay extra with another company to guarantee delivery in timely fashion.

A year with softner review . Firstly helped with lime scale .but water tastes awful the waste water from machine constantly flushing has drastically raised my water bill also there’s two living in property was told machine will use two of the small packs par month aprox a tenner I bought 9 months worth they where used within two month cost a fortune run in salt and water and another problem is that we have lost the water pressure we once had . Had an engineer sent out to check the machine was told everything is normal . Can see the overflow constantly running flushing the machine . Also paid for the kitchen tap water filtration system water so slow from drinking side and tastes awful the plumber didn’t know how to remove the original tap I come home from work and removed it within a min . This is our experience over a year aprox 14 month it does remove limescale

After finding the water softener I wanted, I checked the price and North East Water Softners had the best deal by far. I even received an email from NE to ensure that I had used a new discount code that was on offer at the time of order. The water softner arrived as arranged and the salt blocks arrived 48 hours later. The customer service was first class. I look forward to years of softer water.

Like the product, but simply do not understand why a push fit drainage pipe is not included in the basic unit supply, especially as we already had the water pipe connections from a previous water softener.

Exactly what I needed, have been looking for a cabinet for my 15 year old outdoor Harvey water softener unit to replace the old one, it looks great!!!

Just replacing my NE softener, after several years, with a newer model, smaller salt size and reminder to refill the salt. The fitter was great and very helpful….plus we had quite a stock of the large salt bags which North East replaced like for like. Very pleased with the service!

I was very pleased with NE Water Softeners on a fast delivery for my new softener. While the first softener was faulty, overflowing the brine, they sent out a replacement straight away.
I cannot comment on the softener yet as it’s only been connected for a few days.

I spoke to Harvey and they confirmed that North East Water Softeners were their online outlet. Twintec delivered quickly to replace an existing Kinetico 2020C and was £600 cheaper online.
