I bought my first pair of the "classic" permanent arch supports in 1999. I had been going to a pediatrist for a long time. He had told me I need surgery to correct my feet. The arch supports from Good Feet were $300 back then and had a 20 year guarantee.
They hurt at first. Of course they hurt, because they're reshaping and aligning the bones in your foot. It's like wearing braces on your teeth. They're gonna hurt at first! After about 3 weeks, I noticed a huge change. A month later I didn't even notice they were there. I lost one of my inserts in 2007 and decided to just throw out the other because my feet had already transformed. By 2013, I needed them again and bought knock offs. They didn't really work. In 2022 I walked into the Good Feet Store in Mission Valley wanting to replace just the classic arch supports only to be greeted by a salesman that was only half paying attention and wanted to sell us a $1200 system. You don't need the system. All you need are the classics. I left without buying the classics or the system because of how I was treated. Flash forward to 2026 when now I have Plantars Fasciitis and a bone spur affecting the tendon in my left heal. My new pediatrist said I needed a shot from the top of the foot. So I got it. It didn't work. The pain got worse and so did my limp. My new doctor said NOT to get arch supports from the Good Feet Store. Well, after his care failed and I was in painful desperation, I finally went back to the Good Feet Store. I paid $600-ish dollars for the Classic Fit arch supports. It's been 3 weeks. Like before, it hurt to start using them. But now the pain and suffering has almost completely reversed. Don't spend time and money on other things, when these will transform your feet!

Customer Service Agent Bryan was extremely patient and helpful. My pain level was 12 out of 10, when I entered the store. With the examination and explanation session Bryan had with me was more than worth the time spent.
The pain level reduced to a 5 out of 10.
I’m walking like I’m on top of the clouds.
Kudos Good Feet and especially Bryan for you amazing help.

Tia is so amazing! She got both of my kids (who have extremely flat feet) get into some orthotics that helped their pain and posture. My husband exchanged his orthotics from the 1990’s and man were they worn out! It honestly validated how well these orthotics hold up and how great this company is. Would definitely recommend going to see Tia if you are experiencing any pain in your body because it probably stems from your feet.

Ana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products to support my foot condition. Also, she was not pushy. She even helped me put my shoes on. I’m a grown man. I’m not used to that type of treatment.

Eric listened to my concerns and asked many questions to get to the root of pain. After balance testing and foot imprints he suggested 3 different types of supports all of which immediately alleviated my pain. Looking forward to using these for the next 30 days and seeing my improvement.
Thanks a million

Ana was amazing! Completely explained every detail of the product and its benefits. Awesome sense of humor and super fun to deal with. I feel like I’ve known her forever! The product seems extremely well engineered and I am looking forward to testing it out over the next month or so to see what kind of relief I can get. Very optimistic at this point.

Aris from the Highland store branch took the time to listen to my feet issues and addressed them. He tweaked the orthotic inserts based on my issues. And I returned to him for further advice until we got it to fit just right. He also went out of his way to explain precisely when I should use which orthotic to optimize the benefits of using them. I have had experience with other people there, but he was by far the most thorough and understanding.
