Mike Hammett the technician rang before hand gave me an arrival time,
he arrived at my home at the stated time.
To refurbish my alloy wheel and it was a superb job it look so good it could have passed inspection as a new wheel.
Would highly recommend Mike and use his services again should the need arise.

Good communication from technician, very polite, professional and helpful. Thank you Michael Hammett. Repair took longer than expected due to some previous damage apparently but looked fab once finished. This was an alloy wheel repair and we had some issue locating wheel nuts but Mike remained calm and made some helpful suggestions.

I had a couple of repairs completed yesterday by Go Smart Repair. The technician Gareth was fantastic. Started by keeping me in the loop of when he would arrive which was early. He was professional polite and explained everything to me that he was going to do in a way that I understood everything he told me. He backed this up with 2 excellent repairs especially my door. I would give Gareth a 10/10.
