I have been going to this optician in Bromley for the past 3 years because the service is excellent, staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

The assistant Henry was very polite and helpful. He fixed my glasses while I waited, which was great. Thank you Henry.

I got my first Cubo glasses 2 years ago and received so many compliments.I was searching for so long to get some classy,chunky and fashionable glasses with affordable price.Then I started to following Cubo on social media,seeing new models with a wonderful color options.Then I have seen my new glasses on their Instagram and fell in love second time.My son got new pair of glasses for my birthday .I am so delightful.Also I am so happy with the staff who works in Glasseslab Bromley.They are very helpful,friendly and they give you plenty of time to decide to choose.I got my third pair of glasses from the same branch.I definitely recommend to everyone.By the way I send my special thanks to lovely Jess to help me.

Friendly staff replaced the nose pads on my Ray-Ban sunglasses within an hour.

Friendly staff - found a minor defect with my Tom Ford frame and the staff already knew about it and had already ordered me a new frame and changed it over without any issues. Yes they are more expensive than say spec savers or boots but the quality of service and frame is worth it in the long run. You pay for what you get .

I have been with glasses lab for a few years and I have always had excellent service from all the staff. I would highly recommend them as I have already done.

I needed an eye test and new glasses And chose this optician based on the excellent reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. The whole experience was very nice and the staff friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable and didn’t rush me. I had reminders for my eye test and was called when my glasses were ready to collect. I won’t be going back to a high street chain optician, nice to support an independent business, that’s not a conveyor belt.

Prompt, courteous, professional service. Staff helpful and friendly. New prescription varifocal glasses were ready ahead of time and no readjustments needed. I’m delighted with the new lenses and frames.

I was looking for glasses frames from the 'Ipcress Files' and found Cutler & Gross, then found Glasseslab Bromley were stockists.

From the very start I was looked after by Henry and Jessica who both went the country mile, letting me try on many different frames (and even Jessica's own glasses to see if I liked them - I did!) I settled on 2 pairs Cutler & Gross frames; the same frames as Jessica's for my reading and computer and a 'Michael Caine' frame for everyday with transitions lens.

There were problems, due to Boots fitting my (old) normal frames with "narrow corridor" lens, which never felt right, gave me headaches and eye strain; so Henry, Jessica and Daniel all worked very hard to get my lens right on both pairs.

Glasseslabs were so warm & welcoming, friendly, nice and refreshingly patient. They were simply excellent from start to finish.

The shop was nicely laid out, so many frames to choose from and I tried on many, but with no pressure to buy. I was given plenty of time to look and options to come back another day if needed. I didn't and ordered my glasses there and then and never regretted it! My Cutler and Gross glasses are a pleasure to wear. Thank you Henry, Jessica and Daniel - you're all stars!

Went in to fix broken glasses and they were amazing. Very quick and did it for free too! Thank you guys.

I went into the Greenwich store and I can honestly say it is the best experience I’ve had at an opticians before. Kelsey was amazing and honestly made my day so much better. She was attentive, sympathetic and very kind. I cannot fault the customer service in store and I’m sure I’ll be back when my prescription changes. Thank you so much for making my awful day so much better :)

Lovely experience at Glasses Lab in Greenwich. The team were very helpful in the process to choose my new glasses and the range of frames was interesting and wide. Great team, great shop!

Fantastic selection of frames and sunglasses plus friendly helpful staff. I went up to Canary Wharf to look for a high quality pair of sunglasses. Each store I visited gave me a different explanation vis a vis the benefits of high uva protection/polarisation/colour of lenses. I came home confused… and straight into GlassesLab at Greenwich. So pleased I did. Super friendly and helpful staff plus a far better selection of gorgeous and frames. Delighted with my purchase.

I've been a customer of Glasses lab for several years and always received an excellent service from all staff, in particular James who has an excellent eye for detail. I picked up 2 sets of glasses on Saturday one for long distance and another for computer work both are perfect and very surprised how poor my previous computer glasses correction was! Can't praise Glasses Lab enough, years of professional service long may it continue. Thanks again to the whole Team.

I really do appreciate the level of service that I always receive in GlassesLAB. The staff are never pushy just really helpful & will help you no matter what the problem is . I popped in only the other day as my new glasses needed an adjustment was not a problem . Told me to come back anytime if I had any other issues. I also like the prompt reply’s to emails very efficient. I will definitely be sticking to this branch.The selection of glasses they have are all extremely unique. All price ranges & you can pay instalments . Definitely do recommend.
