Glasseslab have been our opticians for many years, the staff have always been friendly and efficient always helpful and patient with appointments for us due to my work commitments. They have always been truthful and honest with us, there have never been any issues, this is the reason we are still with them.

Excellent service, knowledge and choice.

I visited Glasseslab Greenwich for an eye test and some new glasses. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, totally putting me at ease during the eye test, and helped pick out some stylish new glasses, which was very appreciated, as I really struggle picking new ones by myself!

I also came back for a contact lens appointment and popped in for some adjustments to the glasses. Every time I've been in they've been more than happy to see and help me.

Overall my experience at Glasseslab has been excellent, thank you!

I bought a pair of sunglasses from Glasses Lab in Greenwich last year and found the staff really helpful. Today I went in to see if they could help me fix a different pair of sunglasses, which they very kindly did for free. Will definitely buy my next pair of glasses from them; customer service is excellent.

I visited Glasseslab Opticians to get a new pair of glasses and multi-focal, toric contact lenses. The staff in Greenwich were friendly, extremely professional, and very helpful. They carry a wide variety of frames and the staff love helping you to choose the right one. The Optometrist, Estelle, did such a fantastic job with the eye test that when my lenses came in, my vision was almost perfect. I would absolutely recommend Glasseslab

This was a return visit to the Greenwich branch for me and I must say I was not disappointed.

All my tests were carries out with precision and my questions answered patiently.

I was also pleased that they had a wide selection of quality frames to choose from.

The staff at the Bromley Branch are so friendly and welcoming but also extremely professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the service they provide is truly first rate. These are my third pair of glasses from this shop and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

One of the arms of my glasses had come off. I popped into the Greenwich branch, and they fixed my glasses quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and helpful.

The staff at Glasseslab always remember you when you make a return visit. The are small enough to give you personal service. The technical side is excellent too and we have always been pleased with the advice given and the glasses we have purchased; the staff will go out of their way to ensure this is the case.

What a difference from the large, well known high-street chains I used to go to for years… Sam and team were super helpful, friendly and professional, that made choosing new frames quick and painless - I usually hate buying glasses. The team clearly enjoyed being there and helping customers and that made the entire experience really pleasant. Massive thanks and in case it’s not obvious, I love my new specs and highly recommend the store & team.

All the ladies in the shop were friendly and efficient-especially recommend Sharon, who could not have been more helpful! Just such a pleasure. They have a great range of glasses-really modern and just a bit different. I also had my eye test done with them, and the lady was very informative and again, knowledgable.
