I have just felt the need to reach out to glider mobility due to having a problem with our mobility scooter. The scooter was stood for some months over winter, so when we wanted to prepare for summer, we found it would neither move forwards or backwards. I contacted glider for some advice. Then responded immediately with a suggestion as to what might be wrong. Thankfully the problem is resolved and we up and running again. So this is excellent customer support. Thank you.

Very quick service ordered on Thuresday night, despatch on the Friday, received on the Monday. Only been out on it once, but up to now very pleased

This was the lowest priced scissor boot lift I could find. Arrived quickly, well packaged. One of the safety straps had detached from the mounting, but that must have happened at the manufacturer. It is an excellent piece of kit. Bought it to put a folding e-trike into my microcamper. Easy to operate.

We purchased the Explorer Pro Long Range electric wheelchair on the 22nd June 2025. This wheelchair has been a game changer - it's comfortable, folds quickly and easily at the touch of a button and it fit in the car. Unfortunately the charger stopped working after 9 months, however Glider Mobility have been helpful in addressing this issue.

i found it a bit heaveyer than expected also the red button was broken what you lift the seat with

This company gave such customer service that reminds me that there still companies out there that care. I ordered a power chair from them then the following day realised that due my error I'd ordered one that was too heavy to lift in and out of the boot. I emailed them on the Aunday morning and much to my surprise got an immediate response the order was changed without a problem and I received the chair was delivered on the Tuesday. Great service and I recommend this company to anyone looking for mobility aids.

Very pleased ..love the fact it automatically opens and closes .and that it has a remote control

Only downside the controller knob cover has come off .

On Monday I went Christmas shopping.Easy,lightweight and nippy.Thankyou.

They maybe a small company but it makes a big difference.
The customer service and support is second to none.
If you’re buying an electric wheelchair then at least get a 250W or higher.

Incredible value, and very quick delivery. Next working day delivery promised and as we live up here in the Scottish Highlands we were expecting it to take a week. However, just as stated, we ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. Also comparing the cost the Glider Mobility foldable scooter was 25% the cost of some others we saw. My wife tried it out and was delighted.

I recently purchased an electric wheelchair, the Nomad from Glider Mobility I can honestly say that it is the best chair I have used, very lightweight very quiet, and very comfortable I would absolutely recommend this chair to any one.
This is the first time I have dealt with Glider Mobility I can honestly say they are by far the most helpful and considerate company, going out of their way to be of service to the customer, they have a support team second to none with prompt reply’s to any queries

I had a problem with the fitted battery. Téxted Glider Mobility, instant reply, followed by phone call. Within 36 hrs I had a replacement battery. First rate service. Would use again.
