Aisha makes an eye-test such an easy experience, can answer any question and is completely expert with the technology - and going from test to choosing frames and styles with Jess and Sheila is as seamless and stress-free as you could want.

I have used Glasseslab Bromley for many years for my glasses and sunglasses. In more recent years I have also used their Optician service as well. Glasseslab Bromley have always excelled at being very attentive to customer needs and providing honest feedback on frame and lens options. On this occasion, I was seen by James, Taj and Emese who provided great service as usual.

I have used glasses lab in Bromley for many years now . Always oustanding service and good selection of frames with their own signature range.

I got 4 pairs of new glasses this year plus sunglasses and am thrilled with them all. Aisha the optician is excellent then Em and jess in particular know their stuff with the frames etc... we selected some bolder options and transitions. Nothing was to much trouble as we tried a good nunber of frames . They gave me honest sincere advise on what did suit and did not suit me .

Not the cheapest but i am strong believer that you get what you pay for. I have a complicated varifocal prescription.

From going for my prescription to selecting glasses and lenses and then receiving the final product, the service was first class. On each visit I had a different team member but they couldnt have been more helpful, full of advice and not at all trying to do a sales pitch (which always puts me of a purchase!).
My third pair of glasses from here, always spot on, hence I go back. Highly recommended.

I have now bought my third pair of glasses from Glasses Lab in Beckenham and am really pleased with them. They have a good range of frames, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They picked out frames I would never have chosen for myself, but which I love. I also think they are very good value for money.
