GingerChi has the most efficient customer service ever. My hydrating mist spilled during the delivery process, so I sent an email and by the end of the day, I had a response. It didn't feel like I had to explain myself, or fight for a new one, they were extremely friendly, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent a replacement the following day. That was back in March. Now we're in June, I've been using the products for a couple of months and my jade roller pops out. So I sent a message through Facebook and I kid you not, in less than five minutes I was speaking to someone. All they needed was my order number and address to send a replacement to. I love GingerChi. Their customer service is amazing and It's one of the reasons I continue to recommend people. I know that this is a brand that aligns with its values and truly cares about its customers. So thank you. I appreciate you and what you have done for my skin. <3

I purchased the jade gua sha from a friend’s recommendation. It shipped fast and was packaged well. I love the stone and the face oil sample they included. I have only used it a few times but it seems to really stimulate the blood flow and is very relaxing as part of my getting ready routine!
