My wife and I travel for four months in the summer in the national forests of Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. We purchased the Geyser because it uses less water. The 12 Volt pump made it easy to use compared to those that you had to continue to pump. We could heat a small amount of water and have a decent shower.
We used the unit about 8 times the first year. We recently started our trek into the woods with the Geyser for the second summer. On the first use the water is pouring out of the bottom.
I emailed Geyser a week ago requesting a warranty repair under their warranty policy. Their warranty policy “We cover our products under a limited lifetime warranty. You heard us right! FOR LIFE! We use only the highest quality materials tested rigorously domestically and abroad. If something goes wrong, it's on us, and we'll even cover the shipping. Customer voids warranty if they break components due to improper operation or storage. In these instances, we’ll repair our products for a small fee. Contact support we will guide you through the next steps. I haven’t gotten a response, and there isn’t a phone number listed on their website. I sent a second request; still no response. Do you want to spend 319.00+ for a Geyser that doesn’t hold up and a company that won’t stand behind their warranty? I found a replacement on Amazon that was less than 150.00.
