Elizabeth was warm welcoming and knowledgeable about the property

Within the last week or so, Kenya Ferguson from the Witney branch took me through a viewing of an investment property for sale. She Is very knowledgable about property. And understood managing expectations, offering practical tips and advice from cosmetic repair of a invetment flat, to the replacing of storage heaters to improve the EPC. She has a 10 year track record, as a company, on acting for one particular landlord, and this property was in good order throughout, which told me they are looking after the property, and keeping landlord happy. I liked the fact that there was alot of knowledge about buying, selling and renting. Even to the point that Kenya knew prior rental figures achieved over at least the previous 3 to 5 years on a flat viewing. Also Kenya gave me figures in a brochure to consider their property management, with no pressure. I am experienced in over 25 years in property myself. And i was impressed with the knowledge and service on offer. Brilliant.

Laura the agent was really professional, friendly and helpful. She answered all our tricky questions honestly. You could tell this is an independent local company as we didn't feel the usual "run-of-the-mill" cheap service that big companies provide, but she made us feel special and important. I would choose them a 100 times over big companies.
