We had an excellent experience with our mortgage broker Simon Murray from start to finish. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at first, but he made everything so much easier to understand and guided us every step of the way. Simon worked incredibly hard to find us the cheapest mortgage deal available, taking the time to explain all our options clearly and making sure we were comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—not only securing us a great mortgage but also helping us arrange a more affordable solicitor, which saved us even more money. Simon professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding throughout. He was always responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about getting us the best outcome. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially first-time buyers looking for trustworthy and expert support.

Harpindar at the Downend branch has been incredibly helpful and friendly. She has put in great time and effort to building strong, friendly, and trusting working relationships with both landlord and tenant. Whilst providing continued friendly support throughout the process.

Daryn Mukoyi was a great when it came to our property viewing, a very welcoming and friendly person. Took his time showing us the property in good detail and was very transparent with all of our questions.
