I would just like to say a HUGE thank you for the best possible Electricity supplier ever.
Whilst in Spain I have tried several suppliers and been dissappointed with rates and poor service. Also really bad websites and apps. Gan has both app and website covered. We lldesigned and easy for English to use.
Most of all the fixed tariff I signed up to has saved me over 50% from my previous, highly recommended (not) supplier. If you want an honest, good value Electricity supplier look no further than Gana.....

Can this app come in English please

Resolved a complicated matter

Does anyone know how to change the app to English ?

I was happy with Gana for about one year. Then the automatic payments stopped working. Gana claimed the bank was blocking them, while my bank claimed that they didn’t even receive the payment request from Gana.

Gana was “going to solve this” and promised every month that the issue was resolved.

For 8 months they promised me this, while the issue was never resolved and I had to pay a late fee EVERY MONTH due to their faulty charge.

No they did not offer any alternative payment options even though I suggested manual payment links, invoices etc. No they did not prevent the late fee even though they knew about the issue. No they did not refund me.

I’m happy to switch to another company, and I’m very grateful for Si Compare who helped me with this as well as refunded me part of of the late fees as good will. That’s real service, and Gana could learn a lot from them.

Gana did however reach out when my agreement with them was cancelled, asking for feedback. The first time there wasn’t even a sustainable way for me to respond to this request, and the next time I only got a very generic response.

I would not recommend Gana to anyone. We all deserve better.

I do, however, recommend si compare. Great service and easy contact options!

I made an enquiery online, I received a call next day, initially in Spanish but they called back very quickly in English. They explained their offers very clearly in a very informative way, not hard sell.Calls were followed up with emails and later I opened a Gana with confidence.

Yes very good and the agent was very patient and thorough.
Let's hope the monthly energy prices are cheaper as I was told.

I do not often write reviews but this could not be left out.
We only came across Gana after using Si Compare, but wow, how happy we are.
Gana and Si Compare have saved us a small fortune.
Gana have been great from the start, efficient and best of all, cheap!
