Fraud phone call
I switched from Naturgy to another energy provider because they increased my price. After I changed companies, they called me trying to offer a better price, but I clearly told them I was not interested.
Later, I received another call from someone claiming to be from the local electricity distributor. During the call, they told me that the new supplier I had switched to was fraudulent and that I could lose my electricity supply. They pressured me to sign a new contract to return to Naturgy.
This felt extremely misleading and dishonest. It appeared to be a tactic to scare customers into cancelling their new contract and returning to their previous provider. I find this kind of practice very concerning and unprofessional.
Because of this experience, I have completely lost trust in Naturgy. Customers deserve transparency and honest communication, not fear-based sales tactics.
The layers
The layers ! Son mentirosos.
They promise one tarif and in the end I have to pay more than I have been paying at Endesa. Don’t work with them! You will over pay!
Worst energy provider I ever had
Worst energy provider I ever had, charged me 240 euros of gas in a month I wasn't even at the country 🤯
Still haven't paid my money back.
they are not returning my money
they sold something they could not deliver and when they have to return the money it takes over 2 months and multiple calls to a customer service that can only open tickets... no escalation process. They have my money...
Incorrect invoices
Very bad administrative process, incorrect invoicing, no response on open tickets, very poor English spoken by the customer service.

Update: whatsapp support works okay, expect delays. Hard to get them on phone. Website is good and lots of details available.
Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. Constant power outages .. when we call for them to come and fix something, they keep us on the phone for 2 hours, making us call 3 different numbers and try to sell us other products when we are out of power. Insane
Don’t use this company
Don’t use this company. They’re disorganised, don’t turn up for pre agreed upon appointments and are rude and inconsiderate to customers.
Scammers!!!
Scammers!!!
Activated my contract without approval.
A lot of stupid excuses not to send a copy of "approved contract" (wanted o see who has approved).
When I go back to previous suppliers, I get a punishment cost.
Poor customer service
I was unable to access my account online. Tried on 3 PCs and my phone. So contacted support. They suggested I clear my cache. So I wrote back explaining that the problem was not my cache as I had tried 3 PCs and my phone browser and their app. They replied that if I was having app problems I should try the Web. Ahhhhhhhh so I contacted them via WhatsApp. They replied that the app was not working and I should wait.
So I gave up and am in the process of joining Octopus instead
Hidden costs
We were clients in Spain for our electricity and solar power. As we sold our house, we closed our contract with Naturgy. All well. After being told that they would send us the last invoice ( which was 0€) everything would be settled.
Now we receive 2 withdrawls from our bankaccount of 137,08€ and 10,94€.????? No invoices??? I had to call them 3 times to get an explanation. First it was an intervention due to a ‘problem’? Second time they did not understand why we had to pay as there were no invoices. Third time they said it was because they forgot to send us the invoice at the start of the contract for becoming a client??? When I asked why 2 invoices, they could not give me an explanation.
Worst customer experience ever!
I am currently an Endesa customer. On March 1st, 15:38, a Manuel called me. There was so much noise from where he was calling me that I thought he was from Endesa offering me a better price. After receiving a text from SalesforceSinergiaIC.es and asking more questions, I realized that he was trying to switch me over to Naturgy. When I said that he was very “amable” but not interested, he treated me “puta madre”. Sent an email to Naturgy to report the situation, they sent me back an email asking for my credentials without any apologies!
BE AWARE of this company
BE AWARE of this company! From their sales department to customer service is a complete scam. The company train their people to cheat customers. Do not believe any words from them. You won’t get any help!
A relative dealing with fraudulent charges
My cousin also had the worst experience, there's not strict regulations to keep walking straight, certainly electric/gas providers, even most of them charing for bills paid, an advice, always ask the bank for every receipt paid, and they in fraudulent manner comes to your account and repaid twice or more same bill, the country is nice, people is wonderful, but providers it doesn't matter which one, they are like crocks trying to still your money, we've smarter and never allowing them to take an advantage because you are foreigner.
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Impossible to contact. Once contacted - totally inadequate people. Can't really comprehend how this business still exists.
Very bad, do not reccomend.
Bad & expensive. When you call, the staff is often rude and unhelpful. When I moved to another provider, they kept charging this "insurance service". When I tried to cancel I had to call three numbers to be able to do this. Cancelling it was a frustrating ordeal, involving three separate calls (every number would tell me to call a different one), and the person who finally did it couldn't tell me when the last charge would be. I was told to call a fourth number just to find out when the last charge would be. Please go with someone else. Dealing with unnecessary rudeness is just the icing on the cake.
No English speaking staff, even though there is the English language option
I have tried 4 times to go through all the options on the phone in order to contract a solar tariff and be attended in English (there is an option to choose English), and have ended up 4 times with Spanish speaking staff who then gave me another number to call which also didn't have English. Total waste of time. Not a great first impression, so I am looking for another company.
Terrible Tele-Marketing Strategy
This company keeps calling me everyday to change my current contractor with theirs.
First of all how did you find my apartment adress? You are breaking the GDPR rules.
Each time I recive call, I tell them that I do not want to receive call from this company and I dont want to change, they keep calling me every day.. Every single day, I take screenshots because if this keeps going I'm planning to report this to Europen Consumer Right Inst because WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL.
I contacted to you on Instagram to remove my phone number from your CRM. I also told you to call the outsource company to remove my phone number from the list.
I don't think you are a good company and even if you are a good company I WILL NEVER EVER USE DUE TO YOUR ILLEGAL MARKETING ACTIVITIES.
