I had a great purchasing experience on Crusader Kings II. I never got the game cause of the huge cost. If i wanted the game and most of the DLC it would of cost like $120 or something crazy. So i saw the 49.99 cost here and thought it was too good to be true. But i took the shot.
So after i got it and i tried putting in the key on Steam it said the base game was not included... And i thought i had been screwed over like people said on post about Game Cheap. So i messaged about what was wrong. And Tina Radermache said it was a mistake on their side and sent me the correct key and installed... Very good support from Tina. And saw it was half the price atleast than steam

SCAM! Waiting for my order #33286 more than 48 hours
Be aware!! Seems like a SCAM. Every time I make an order at this store they ask me for some new identity verification. Even though I already verified my account twice. I sent them all my confidential personal information including a photo with my card (non covered!), my ID and a selfie with my ID Could you imagine that? And even after that I still haven't received my order. Darrick Washington from their support after hours of chat talkings told me yesterday that he pushed my order and I will receive it shortly. It was like a 15 hours ago. Still nothing.
Dear Gamecheap, I kindly ask you to send me my order finally or you will loose not only me as your loyal customer but other customers as well doing business this way.

Overall no major issues and would use their services again. Im fairly new to using online game key codes and this was the first one ive purchased. Bring said many of my issues mayve been primarly from inexpierience. The instuctions provided did not get me in gameplay easily and email response took about 1 day for a response. After three days of trial and error with getting Steam correctly downloaded and updated on my PC everything runs smooth.
