Microsoft 7 digital download didn't work & says I need to contact you guys. Feel I got scammed

Ripped me off for a Windows 10 license. Now their website is gone, no longer exists, and my key does not work.

Bought an oem digital key for windows 10 pro back in march 2017. Just finished building my pc now in August 2017 and I'm unable to activate the digital key because "this key has already been activated on another device". Spent 40$ and now website is down. No contact info. Will figure out how to get money back.

Eset via my firefox browser is warning me about an untrusted certificate called:
gamecheap.adamzaius.net

So i blocked it but i have no idea why it's been flagged up as untrusted.

The actually website is great and very useful for gamers like me

I ordered a game (physical, tangible game; not a download) from Gamecheap. The site is legitimate and the game (Resident Evil Biohazard) was much cheaper than retail. I received the game within 2 business days by mail. I am extremely happy with the mailing time, the product was brand new in the sealed case, and the game was very cheap compared to everywhere else. I haven't purchased any of the downloads or pre-ordered from the site but I am definitely looking to purchase more products from them in the future.

So, I've been waiting for a game that came out on Friday, May 19. I preordered the game on February 28 (or some time around there). As of making this review, I've been waiting for about a week, and it has still not come. I attempted to contact them, they hadn't responded. I tried to get onto their website for a little over a week (to check where the order is, when it will arrive, etc.) and each of the days it has been down all day. Honestly I'm not even sure if this is a legit company anymore. I've looked around to check the credibility, and I've found it, but I don't think a professional company would do this. I don't think I will ever receive my package, and I don't think I will ever use this website again.

It took nearly three days to get the game I ordered, tried contacting them through facebook with no luck, tried to email them twice, I then got my game after I said I was going to dispute the charge via paypal.
I wanted this experience to be better because the price was really good, but I don't know if I'll be shopping with them again.

I ordered a product Friday night I didn't get it till Monday I cancelled this order Sunday and they still sent it to me. All and all im not happy and stuck with a product I don't need.

SCAM!!!!!1 Do not buy! You will never receive your game! Ask your bank for a chargeback as I did.

I am having the same problem as everyone, every time i try to check the status of my preorder it says that the website is either down or going through maintenance, besides that, they deliver 2-3 weeks after release date of any game....i will not be using this site anymore, is there anyway i can get my money back? I preordered injustice 2 ultimate edition.

I did not receive my purchase of Rocksmith 14 ordered on May 8. It is now May 19 and I have nothing and no response from Gamecheap. Now I know why they can operate cheaply.....not send the product, but they did charge my account.

Didn't receive package. The website is down right now, but when I last checked my package's progress it said that my order was still being processed. I ordered the game a couple weeks ago and have been contacting the company by email. So far they have not sent an email back.

JUST STOP READING ANY OTHER REVIEW! Litirally just buy it. They are very trustworthy and have great support that you won't need to use because you'll be so satisfied!

I preordered Injustice 2 through gamecheap about 2 weeks ago and when I tried to check my order, it still said processing. A couple of days ago the website is no longer there and I tried communicating them through phone, email, Facebook, and twitter and still no reply. Lesson learned, DO NOT BUY FROM GAMECHEAP!!
