Week late on preorder
I've only ordered from gamecheap one time. I pre-ordered horizon zero dawn collectors edition. On the day of its release, i received an email stating that due to the massive amounts of preorders placed, they didnt have enough stock to fulfill my order until they got another shipment. I ended up getting the game in the mail a week later. What is the point of preordering? The only reason i gave 2 stars: the cost was like 10-15$ cheaper

Horrible, will not arrive on the release day, if you want to save a headache... just buy from the store, walmart, target even gamestop is better. Also Richard Cummings is the rudest, most unhelpful employee, as a joke he offered me .49 cents off future orders for my hassle. Avoid this site like a plague, also the site frequently just goes down, especially on major launch days. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order again, but to my dismay I tried calling and received a voicemail no one was available, then no one responded on the live chat, also no responds to my email. It is the launch of injustice 2 and most of my friends are playing it, I wish I would have just bought it in the store, seems like no one cares and not only was I offended but then to add insult to injury they gave me a future order code called "gamecheaprocks" that gave me. 49 cents off a future order, I honestly feel merchant raped, and slapped in the face sorry for the terminology simply horrible experience.

At first I was really upset
At first I was really upset with this company because I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 and paid extra for fast 3day shipping but didn't receive my package on the desired date nor 5 days after that. I was SUPER p!ssed.
However they won back my favor with amazing customer service. They were sincerely apologetic about the shipping problem, refunded all of the money I paid for fast shipping and tracked my order for me IRT to make sure it was on its way. The two guys I spoke to on the matter were very polite and even gave me a coupon for a discount on a later purchase! This company will always have my business and I recommend you use them as well.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered a game and never received a shipping confirmation. I repeatedly emailed them asking about the status of the order. I called many times to sit on hold and get the recording that all operators were busy, never got to talk to anybody. Luckily, I paid for my purchase through PayPal. I contacted them and they even tried to contact them, to get no answer as well. PayPal then found it in my favor and credited me my money back.
