I didn't receive my game code in a …
I didn't receive my game code in a timely manner from my seller and had to contact the management a couple of times but I was treated respectfully each time and the second time received my code within about an hour or so of being told that they would contact the seller.
Overall a little nerve racking but a decent experience. I'll probably use them again.

Title did come a day later than release date despite what the website claimed with 2 day shipping. However everything else went perfectly and I saved a little money on the game. Don't hesitate to purchase from this website it's totally legit.

I AM JUST SO ANGRY!!! I had pre ordered a game called Persona 5 "Take your heart" Premium edition , two months ago, 2 MONTHS AGO. And it was said it was available and I had payed for it, but I had just found out on the release day, THAT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE!! YOU HAD 2 MONTHS TO TELL ME THAT THE ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE!! But you told me on the release day, ON THE RELEASE DAY that the item was sold out. Sites like Amazon had told customers when the item was sold out, but you did not. This is unprofessional, I don't know what kind of business you're running here. Paying a little more beats having to find out when its too late. If I had known that the website was out of stock I would've bought it from another website asap, but now this edition of the game is out of stock everywhere. I suggest you guys REALLY check up on your inventory and really tell customers how much you're going to have on ANY item, because this is just unacceptable.

No Updates work for Windows Vista Home Basic
No Updates work for Windows Vista Home Basic
I bought the Windows 10 Update, which did not work. Then I inquired and I was told that Windows 7 would work, but it did not work either. Game Cheap was very courteous and refunded me the great price for the purchased update right away. I went to Frey's and bought a new computer, which had Windows 10 already installed.
A Microsoft Certified Consulting Firm advised me to buy a new computer and then transferred all my files and did a very good job for a very low cost. I am now very pleased with the new computer. Gamecheap did not know that Window 7 or Windows 10 could not be installed onto Windows Vista Home Basic, but I was pleased with their response and efficiency. Thank you for your great service.
