Had some initial teething problems but they were quickly sorted out, I even had an engineer visit the same day on one occasion. Very happy with install and service. Special mention to John in tech support, fantastic care, knowledge & attention to work.

Been with g network for close to two years. Have had no issues
Today WiFi was down, request call back , they called back within 15 mins, engineer was booked.
Engineer FAZLE attended within 1.5 hours (was nice he called In advance to make way) and happy to wait for me to come back to the house.
Identified the issue within 5 mins and got the WiFi working again. FAzle was very professional and experienced, made a huge different.

Stay away. They push to give them good review on installation. Since my installation last year, have no signal in half of my apartment. This has never been corrected. IT no existent at weekend, call centre which does not have access to any record. After leaving message, got an email, still nothing has been solved. Company went to liquidation and did not inform customers. They want to charge me if I want to terminate my contract early. They should refund me for halve of the service. Mission impossible to speak to a human in IT. I wish I chose a different network. No surprise they went bust.

I had a decent experience with the network itself, but their exit process is a total shake-down. Beware of the "30-day notice" trap, even when your fixed-term contract is ending.
I signed on for a 2-year contract (May 13, 2024 – May 13, 2026). They waited until April 15th—less than 30 days before the contract end date—to email me about my options. Because they intentionally sent the reminder too late to give the full 30 days' notice without overlap, they are now forcing me to pay for an extra 10 days beyond my contract.
The "out-of-contract" pricing is a blatant scam. My regular contract was £27/month, yet they are charging me £21.48 for just 10 days. They effectively hiked my daily rate by over 130% the second my fixed term "ended."
To make matters worse:
Zero Online Cancellation: You are forced to call and wait on hold for ages because they don't allow online cancellations.
Poor Service: The agent I spoke with was rude and lectured me on "reading the fine print" instead of acknowledging their late notification.
Inability to Provide Service: They don't even provide service at my new address, yet they are still insisting on this "notice" penalty.
I’m definitely switching back to Hyperoptic—the experience there was night and day compared to this. If you value transparent pricing and being treated like a human being, stay well clear of this company.

I am 68 and technology is not my thing, but John had so much patience and was so thorough explaining things about the rooter speed boosters etc that at the end I even felt intelligent!!!
