phone answered startiht away; after a few minutes with the first tech i was transferred up -- John Goodwin was superb- it took forever but he was patient and in the end we got there -

great experience with g network
I had a great experience with this company. I had previously joined a big broadband provider who told me I would have to wait 6 weeks for an engineer to install full fibre. Lucky enough I got speaking to a g network employee who said they would have it installed in days. And they were 100% correct. The personal service is amazing and the engineer who turned up called Jason was so accommodating and professional clean and tidy. You can hardly see the cable which was carefully glued not pinned inside the property. The fibre speed is iver 200 download and 94 upload in a basement flat which is more than enough. I’m so impressed with this company well done!

I would like to leave this review specifically for Tony from G.Network’s Technical Customer Service team rather than for the company as a whole.
Tony provided outstanding technical support and excellent customer service. He took the time to understand the Wi-Fi coverage issues in my flat and recommended a mesh Wi-Fi solution to ensure all levels of the property receive a strong and reliable signal. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the installation process easy to understand.
His professionalism, technical knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. Thank you, Tony, for your excellent support, it is very much appreciated.

Good Installation and service
Luis installed the internet very well. His work was neat and installed the device and cables within the quoted time.
Customer service was helpful and the internet has been good so far (only been using it for a week).
