Drew

Drew, Fara and Leon came and made an installation for me today and they were extremely professional, helpful and courteous.

I haven't tested the speeds yet but it's looks very promising and I feel like I'm in good hands, certainly at this stage.

How to salvage works is a different matter altogether but for installation these guys were superb

Recently moved into a new flat needing…

Recently moved into a new flat needing a quick setup to be able to work from home and was very impressed with the service provided. Will C was super responsive in coordinating a time for the engineer (Habeeb) to set up the router who was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a seamless experience!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my Direct Debit charges

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with G-Networks.

They have illegally taken three separate direct debit charges from my bank account without authorisation.

Furthermore, despite a clear telephone agreement we had put in place, they still overcharged me last month.

While customer support has since confirmed to me that they were completely in the wrong, this level of financial mismanagement is entirely unacceptable.

Taking unauthorised funds from a customer's account is a serious breach of trust.

I am writing this review to warn others to keep a very close eye on their bank statements if they deal with this company.

I am still awaiting a full refund.

Jamie and Freddie, a great team

Jamie and Freddie just installed G.Network at my property. They arrived within the time period given and completed the installation promptly. They checked everything was working before leaving.
