Incredible install experience with G-Network. Their engineers, Laurence, Alex and Victor, were amazing. Professional, courteous and set up our connection so quickly. Customer service team was very helpful too! Sabine organised our set up in under a week. Connected, speed is great, very happy.

STAY far from this service !!!! I signed up with G Network, went thru the whole process, set up direct debit, cancelled with my other provider, awaited the installation call which I was told would come within 2 days. However, when I didn't hear from them, I phoned -- only to find out that actually they couldn't provide me service after all, which ofc they should have known from the start and never offered me service at all . At best it has been a TOTAL waste of time -- and at worst it has a taint of false advertising/fishing for business

We would also like to clarify that all of our orders are subject to a pre-contractual agreement, which is clearly stated in the contract summary and information provided during the sign-up process. This is because, following an order being placed, we need to carry out the necessary checks to establish whether we can successfully provide the service and whether any additional work may be required to complete the installation.
That said, we are genuinely sorry that we were ultimately unable to fulfil your order and for the inconvenience and disruption this caused. We appreciate that this was not the outcome you expected, and we’re sorry for the time and effort you had to spend as a result.

Ronnie & Jason came and installed my 2.5gb service on a trial. They were very professional, friendly and full of interesting info about the service answering every question I had. They went above & beyond accommodating my configuration needs. Great gubbins! 2.5 gigabits is crazy fast!!

I would like to leave this review specifically for Tony from G.Network’s Technical Customer Service team rather than for the company as a whole.
Tony provided outstanding technical support and excellent customer service. He took the time to understand the Wi-Fi coverage issues in my flat and recommended a mesh Wi-Fi solution to ensure all levels of the property receive a strong and reliable signal. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the installation process easy to understand.

G.Network sent their engineer Leon to do the fibre installation. He was very helpful and quick with the installation and kept everything very clean and tidy. I am very impressed with how responsive and efficient the whole process is from placing the order to installation.

There were some technical issues with the internet but the company response was quick and they were swift in sorting it out. The engineer German Schmidt was very good and seemed very competent as well

I’ve met several G. Network technicians who have all been exceptionally professional and personable. Laurence just did our install and he was fantastic, and I felt very comfortable especially as a solo woman at home, and his trainee was great too. Good Installation and service
Luis installed the internet very well. His work was neat and installed the device and cables within the quoted time.
Customer service was helpful and the internet has been good so far (only been using it for a week).
