Delivery drivers were rude

Delivery drivers were rude, unable to actually carry the delivery I watched then drop it from the van then continue to roll it edge over edge to the door. I asked if they could move to the dining room it was a table after all. I was just told "hallway only"

When I enquired as to where the other item on my delivery was I was told it was broken and he would be back tomorrow. I am still waiting to receive it or any communication at all.

it was delivered earlier than expected…

it was delivered earlier than expected but they refused to take the gazebo to the back. I was away and my wife was home alone. she had to beg them to take it to the back for her. they initially refused but they latter obliged

Delivery date was earlier than stated…

Delivery date was earlier than stated which was happy about and delivery men were on time and rang when was five mins away which meant could open garage door ready and saved them knocking as have dogs that bark when hear door bell so delivery taken straight to garage where wanted till ready to assemble

The only reason I am giving 1 star is…

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cannot give zero. Because it was raining, and the 2 delivery guys did not have jackets to wear, they thought it was very appropriate to leave the garden furniture next to my back garden gate claiming they could not get it through, and that I would have to unpack it myself alone in the rain and they were going. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU!!! You have lost me as a customer for sure.

Disappointing Delivery Experience

When the driver delivered my item, my 17-year-old daughter asked if he could bring it inside and leave it in the hallway. However, he left it on the porch, explaining that the item was very heavy. While I understand that handling heavy items can be difficult, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance.
Customer service is an important part of the delivery experience, and I believe your company should place greater emphasis on helping customers whenever reasonably possible. I hope you will consider improving this aspect of your service in the future.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting, the 2 guys who delivered just dumped my furniture off the van out my back gates, which wasnt cheap either, never helped at all to get were it needed to be which was only a couple of steps into the garden, instead left me with a piece of furniture to move which needed 2 people to lift .. jumped in the van and drove off
