The delivery driver drove past my house…

The delivery driver drove past my house twice he told me he would be with me in 25mins it took much longer they didn't carry the large box in my house I had to open it to bring the chairs in myself the brought the table top in.. They need to speak more clearly so u can understand and louder..

Turned up nearly 2 hours late

Turned up nearly 2 hours late - no apology. They couldn’t find my parcels in the van but seemed happy to stand on everyone else’s packages in the process of looking. Although I accepted them dropping the larger of the two parcels in the front garden due to the size, I did ask them to take the smaller but heavier glass table top package round the back but they dumped it in the front garden again, precariously balanced against the first box. Thankfully nothing was damaged but I considered both couriers unhelpful, non caring with the packages in the van and non courteous overall.
Would not recommend!

Excellent delivery service, given time slot and tracking to see when they would arrive. Guys placed in the lounge, very good customer service

Great delivery service.

The company emailed me the day before my delivery saying it was provisionally booked for delivery the following day but to reply to the email say yes to accept that as my delivery day. I emailed back to confirm, they then sent me a follow up email saying delivery was confirmed for the next day and they would be in touch by the end of the day with a 3 hour delivery window. I received the email later that day confirming my 3 hour time window for the following day. The delivery arrived within the time period provided and they phoned when they were approx 5/10 mins away as well. When they arrived they brought the delivery into the house and left it where I asked them to and they were friendly and polite.
