I liked it arrived 8 days early and I got a phone call giving me a time, Your staff arnt very friendly though

Paid for 2 man delivery they just dumped it on the front lawn. When I asked for help taking it in they said it won’t fit. When I said what about if I inbox it would they help they just shrugged shoulders and drove off. Guess what it did fit they just didn’t want to do their job

Delivery was fine, helped me get my 1 parcel in the house(was big and heavy) he left after getting my signature fine, then he comes banging at the door again, my dad comes down to answer it and he’s asking for his bottle to be filled with water, completely fine we all need water, he follows me dad all the way to the bottom of the house from the front door(with no invitation to come in) repeating “yes cold water yes” he leaves and about 10 minuets later kept asking me for the parcel code and barcode (he took a picture before he left) and I ask why because of that reasoning of already taking a photo, he says that he delivered two packages needs the picture of the barcode and the postcode or something (he didn’t I got one tv delivered and that was it) and he kept on banging on saying “no no I delievered two” so at this point my dad takes my phone thinking what the hell, and the delivery driver hangs up the phone and I’ve not heard since so yeah, idk what’s was going on, I mean I’m a 17 year old woman slightly being harsher by a delivery man but I know this prob won’t go anyways but you was asking for review and well there it is

Delivery as promised even though said it was delayed

They phoned and sent text message informing when they would arrive at my address were very polite

The message that gets sent in regards to delivery needs to be re worded 3 time my delivery got rescheduled, I contacted the help desk and I was 28th in the cue, only to get cut off after 100 minutes

Friendly couldn’t do enough for us. Carried the large order to where I wanted it. Excellent

The time range for delivery was initially stated as 7:00 to 10:00. A 2nd text stated delivery would be near 7:00 am.
Having waited from 7:00, the van did not arrive until around 09:30.
The staff had great difficulty in accessing our package as it was underneath other “fragile” boxes.
In addition the base of the box was damp, which is not good when it contains cushions.

Courteous and put package where asked to.

The delivery came before the initial delivery date, which was a nice surprise. Several messages were sent keeping me up to date with the delivery and what time to expect it. It was within the time stated and the driver was very polite and efficient.
Overall Furdeco are a very good company.

They arrived on time, delivered the goods and were polite. What else could I ask?

Very friendly and polite

Unsafe delivery of a heavy parcel blocking a fire escape route instead of delivering to the specified room. Left my pregnant wife on her own to try and move the package to a safe spot.

The delivery team were courteous and punctual

The boxes were so damaged the items inside were also badly damaged. Unfortunately the products are now all sold out so I have to return the items Bach to the store and I can only get a refund . So very disappointed
