Dreadful

Dreadful. Wouldn’t even tell us their names, didn’t build the furniture. They couldn’t wait to just dump it and go. V cold, calculated and cunning. They couldn’t care less. Didn’t take any packaging away

I would never recommend this…

I would never recommend this company,impossible to contact via phone tried several times on several days to be 60th in the queue,held on for 1 hour and 20 minutes only to be cut off.
Only get automated email to give you option yes or no to their chosen delivery date no option to reply to give a date that suits you.,avoid this company.

The delivery men were good,unfortunately they did not deliver on the agreed day which meant another day had to be scheduled.

I was out and my husband has recently…

I was out and my husband has recently had a stroke and is unable to walk and I told him when the delivery arrived to ask them to leave it out the back.Luckily my son was visiting when the goods arrived and he asked the 2 men if they would take it round the back, they totally refused, this would have taken them 1 minute which I find unbelievably that they refused. They left my son to struggle with it as it needed two people as it was so heavy!! Iam totally disgusted with your delivery company and will pass on what happened to in others .Will never use your company again.
